I would definitely recommend going here for all of your appliance needs! The staff is knowledgeable and the prices are amazing! They even offer delivery and installation! I bought my fridge on a Saturday and then had it delivered on Tuesday morning! 5-Star service, I would 10/10 recommend!

Jason arrived on a timely manner and safely delivered my washer. He was even kind enough to give it a quick wipe down with disinfectant before leaving. I'm looking forward to purchasing the matching dryer soon. Thank you!!!!

The guys that at Western Mass Appliance are absolutely wonderful. The delivery are super. Very friendly, efficient, make sure everything is set up correctly before they leave and understanding. I had some personal issues and they worked with me. Just a wonderful company. I would highly recommend them.

Found these guys on Google and needed a dryer ASAP! Stopped in on Saturday, it was delivered Monday morning. Their prices are great (they even knocked it down from the sticker price). The guys in-store and the gentlemen delivering are all very helpful, knowledgeable and personable! They showed me how to use my new digital dryer and made sure it was up & running correctly before they left AND wiped it down too. I will definitely be doing more business with this establishment in the future!!

What a great experience! Jimmy did a fabulous upsell😉 and I'm SO glad he did! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Jimmy and Jeremy came right on time with my new unit, were respectful and careful of my purchase and property, took the time to instruct me on use, even cleaned the exterior before leaving with a handshake! We got a great deal from Donald on a dryer, and then equally great delivery service from Jimmy and Jeremy. Donald walked us through all the options and when it got delivered they squeezed it (and my old dryer) through my tiny steep basement stairs. They were super polite and careful. I’ll definitely be shopping here again, especially now that Giguere’s is closed!!

I went to WMA looking for a slide in stove. I not only came away with a stove, but with a refrigerator too! They have a great selection of all the major companies.
Donald and Jeremy were both amazing to work with!! They are both knowledgeable and very friendly!
Two months later, I went back again to buy a washer and dryer.

From going to pick out the refrigerator to the delivery everything was great. The delivery drivers were timely, thorough, and very friendly. I would recommend them, and use them again in a heartbeat.

10/10 service! Couldn’t be any happier with Western Mass Appliances! Was looking for a second fridge for our house, and didn’t want to buy something brand new from Lowe’s or HomeDepot. This place was recommended through a friend, and figured I would check it out. They have so much selection for all your appliance needs! And they saved me a lot of money. Delivery was super convenient and professional! They made sure to connect everything and make sure it was working correctly before they left.

Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door! Tons of options, great prices, delivery was on time. We will definitely be purchasing all of our appliances from them in the future!

Went looking for a washer, had plenty of options. The guys there were very friendly, happy to answer any of my questions, and we're happy to give me space or talk.

I originally wanted to get an older new used model, but for better or for worse they really only had newer unused machines, but they did have some models a little bit older that had more physical buttons, which I prefer.

The delivery fee was also cheap considering I'm on the complete opposite end of the valley.

You aren't going to get an extremely cheap item, but you are going to get a good discount, for an item that looks new, or with very little marks.

I wish they had some deeply discounted used items, but it's not what they advertise being, so I can't fault them for that.

The place was also very bright,clean, a d pleasant.

Great delivery & patient, . I recommend Western Mass Appliance. They are Quick efficient, the delivery personnel were polite, understanding, compassionate and knew their job. I felt like a human being with feelings & concerns to them , rather than an invoice number to deliver to. Hopefully I won’t have to call them for service on my appliance, but if I did I would be very surprised if my issue was not handled with efficiency and respect. When I bought my appliance I wasn’t pressured at all!!!! I would recommend them to anyone I care about. I also plan on purchasing some more appliances for my home with them. Give this family business a chance to show you that the big box stores are not the only place to purchase reliable appliances.
