I have been remodeling a sunroom. Everything was bought at Lowe's. Very easy returns for items not needed & always very helpful in getting items I needed. Love them

Home improvement store. What more do you need. Usually staff around to help find products. Recommend downloading the app that will direct you the specific bay for the product you are looking for. It’s a huge time saver.

My go-to home improvement store (especially when I’m going to the nearby bulk grocery store). This time I was looking for a specific style of key. An associate approached me after a few minutes and helped me determine the key style I needed. Great experience and deserving of 5 stars!

Easy to get in and out of. Typically has more in-stock and more variety than home Depot. The staff come out of the woodwork to actually help you

Overall, I go to this store often, the store has a good variety of items, I always find what I am looking for. Staff are always friendly and ask if I need help. I have always got help and advice when I needed it. I mostly use the self check in or the outdoor check-in in the plant area.

Needed a fee plants and pumpkins. Found more than I expected, including nice PERENNIALS!

A very favorable experience today at the Springhurst store ,a young man in the lumber department was very helpful and went out of his way to help me to get what I was looking for and even assisted me by getting me a cart . He was extremely helpful and should be acknowledged for his efforts.

A kind man who was Larry helped me find a affordable dishwasher for my widow daughter and I am a widow, Mac his supervisor wrote it up, friendly and kind this was the best experience. I was surprised that my veteran discount was not available.

Probably one of the best Lowe's to go to in the area. There are some things that I wish Lowe's had more of, but as far as this particular store goes, the employees are very helpful and they almost always have a couple lines open when I've gone.

One of the nicest Lowe's stores I have visited. Clean and well maintained with plenty of staff available to assist you. Easy to see from the road with a large parking lot.

Mr. Pete and ms. Kendall in the paint department were so incredibly helpful today with matching a very small paint sample I had. Amazing service! Idk what they make but whatever it is should be more lol

One of my favorite things about Lowes is their garden center. We buy our Christmas tree here every year and they are my first go to for landscaping and flowers.

We bought carpet from Lowe’s. The installers said be here between 11-4 they called at 7:45 am they were on there way. I told the guy we had not taken the beds apart he said no problem. 2 guys showed up they started about 8:30 am and was done by 3 pm, they didn’t take a break. They asked us if everything looked ok before they left. Took all the old stuff and left the remnants. The carpet looks great and they did a really good job on the steps.

It must be Christmas time at Lowe’s. There were so many associates there on this day. I was probably greeted 15 times before I got to where I was going and then I got escorted because I couldn’t find the product I was looking for. This never happens at a Lowe’s. I was delighted, surprised, and a bit amused at the number of people they did have working for their non-started Christmas rush, but bravo, bravo.

you can find anything you want for house and garden with reasonable prices

Went there to pick up some stakes to support some trees in the yard. The young man behind the counter answered my question courteously and we found the stakes quickly. There were not too many people in the garden supply area and we were in-and-out quickly.

The go to big hardware store for our home improvement needs

Stopped by for an online order to pick-up in store. They didn't offer standard delivery for my larger item and the special truck delivery was too expensive so it's best to go get it yourself. In-store pickup representative was very kind and attentive to what I purchased and made sure I received all the smaller items and papers. The same represent helped me checkout and move the item to the vehicle. Great customer service. Will definitely return to this location in the future.
