AT&T Store

I went in to upgrade two phones, my wife’s and mine. The two salesmen Anthony and Jonathan were above and beyond great. I recommend this Montclair, CA store over the one in Upland all day long. They even helped transferring our older outdated data to our new phones. A+A+A+

Lauren the store manager took great care of us! She and her team have amazing customer service! She took care of all of my 6 lines and got us all upgraded and took care of all of our concerns! Thank you Lauren I won’t go to any other AT&T store… You’re the best!

My experience here was fantastic! I found that the customer service here was both quick and reassuring, helping me with all my questions. 10/10 would recommend for someone who isn’t into tech and looking for a good service.

If you go there ask for the manager, Lauren she’s the greatest! She is so knowledgeable and she provides excellent customer service. She really went out of her way for me. This store is great!

After checking my account, I realized I was due for an upgrade on my phone. I am hardly ever in the Montclair area, but I was running errands and was glad to see the AT&T store nearby. My son and I walked in and were greeted by Emely, she was polite and answered all my questions about my upgrade. She helped me pick out my new phone, and accessories. She got me a better deal on insurance for all the phones on my plan and she also talked to me about all the features my new phone came with. The process was smooth, and I definitely walked out of there feeling good about my recent purchase. I'd make the drive here just for the service alone.

It was a great experience. The staff was really nice and very helpful, Emely made the experience painless. My old phone died and she was nice and very patient. She made sure that all my pics and videos were transferred to the new phone. She was also very knowledgeable about their products and services. She patiently explained the different features of the phones. I am very happy with my choice of phone and the customer service in the Montclair store. I would definitely go back.

I’ve used AT&T for my cell service for a few years now. One reason is because of their customer service. This past Saturday my wife and I walked in to explore adding her to my account and switching off of her other carrier. Gabriel and 2 other girls assisted us with the initial 20 questions we had, having answers for all of them. We had a nightmare time with the other carrier which caused way too much stress. Gabriel was there for us to make our experience not only stress free, but enjoyable and personable. He really embodies what customer service entails. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks again Gabriel and other 2 girls, sorry I don’t remember your names but you were both great too!!!

The guys in there are awesome! Honest great customer service and I always get the best deals there every time I go some where else They screw up my bill and then they don’t want to help me.
If your looking for a great ATT store go there and the manager & the store reps our favorite people really, there the best at what they do!

Walked in and was immediately greeted with good energy! I was a bit fustarted because my phone was done and I needed a new one. The staff here was able to make my process go much smoother than expected. I Was able to walk out with my brand new XS iPhone and had everything from my old phone transfered to my new one! Amazing service 😊

Amazing, what more is there to say? I went with the intent of lowering my bill, and after hitting so many brick walls I didn't expect much, but after I came here I was amazed with their willingness to help me. I spoke to Amy who was able to not only lower my bill, but get me a new phone as well.I'm so greatful to finally have an affordable bill, NOW UNLIMITED. Wait times may vary to be honest, but when it comes time to upgrade; I know that I'm going to Montclair. I'll see you soon Amy 😀😀👍

Great customer service in this location. Had a not so pleasant visit at a different location and this experience at this store right here was amazing! Made me rethink my decision on leaving

This New Store in Montclair has excellent customer service. Paul greeted me at the door and took the time to make me feel really comfortable in the store. Thanks to Paul!!! I was able to easily switch my services from Sprint with no hassle. He also, transferred all my info from my old phones and put on all of my screen protectors perfectly! I usually have a hard time with those. I really encourage everyone to go here! Montclair will make you feel appreciated :)

I came into this location to see what type of deals they had at AT&T. The manager at the store Emely greeted me and complimented the shirt I was wearing (Go Lakers!). She was very nice and explained every promotion they were having. I was not looking to buy a new phone, but after speaking to Emely on how she can help me save money by switching to AT&T and upgrading to a better device, how could I say no. The process was almost too easy. Emely was so patient with me and answered any question I had. I am so happy with my new Iphone XS Max. Thank you Emely. You rock ! :)

Emely did a great job today. She was the only worker at the time and was able to provide customer service while working with us to change our plan.

We went here to get some data transferred from an old phone to a new phone. We received customer service from Emely R. and she was knowledgeable and helpful. We got our problem solved very expediently, and we were out within 15 min.

You have to enter at the light to Costco. Getting into the parking lot can be a little crazy, but the kids working there seem to be pretty stand up and helpful. I didn’t feel jerked around.

It was really helpful! In the fist question of the answer was 5!

Good customer service, helped me with all my questions. I was referred to come to this place. I Will be coming here for my next upgrade. Retail consultants emely and zuley were really nice.
