Customer service was quick to answer my email with instructions how to navigate the new app and everything worked again so I’m putting back the 5 stars.

UPDATE!
Management put an updated version of the app so after downloading, I can’t log on to my account anymore. There’s no way and all my points are gone.
It appears I’m not the only one, almost everyone who downloaded the new app have the same problem.
It appears all our points are gone and that’s a terrible marketing ploy.
This review will remain until management fixes all issues.

My “GO TO” bakery cafe, 100%.
Highly recommend for Birthdays, Anniversaries, special occasions or just wanting to enjoy a good snack.
They offer a wide range of cakes and pastries and the flavors and very good on the palette, never overpowering.
Personally, I recommend ordering different 6-8 slices of cakes and assemble them to make a round cake; this makes it more colorful and people can share different flavors.
Their rewards program is solid and they take good care of loyal customers.

Quite good, but sometimes the line moves slow due to staffing issues.

This was my first visit and it was nice.

Today we went to 85° around 3 PM the gal that attended us was very nice and kind. I even asked her if they have candles for the cake to celebrate my niece’s birthday there. Yes she gave us candles. She was very kind.

The store is clean and the atmosphere was nice. The staff is friendly and they offer a suggestions to order drinks. The bread didn't taste fresh but it was still good, I don't know if it's made here or delivered from another store.

Really good variety of pastries 🍰 and full of flavor; one thing though you have to eat them within 2 days or they'll go to the trash. They carry something for everybody

Great place for coffee and baked goods, every time the kids and I visit we try something new as well as some of our favorites.

This store is always squeaky clean. I asked for the "85° Degrees coffee". The young lady behind the counter said," Do you have the 85° Degrees reward program? I see you in here often. If you join you can get rewards including free coffee." I appreciate that she noticed my frequent visits. I also thought it was great that she wanted me to get even MORE value. Everyone I have met at this store is great. But I think this young lady really goes out of her way to be awesome for the customer. Thank you 😊 I wish you had at least one of her at every store. Oh, I miss the crew shouting "Fresh Bread!!" No one at any store does it anymore🥺
