Great customer service! Been going here since 2007 and staff have always been great and friendly. This visit Eli was the one who helped me upgrade my older iPhone and it was a quick and stress free visit. All the staff are all kind, knowledgeable, and were very helpful with any questions and concerns I had.

Went in to establish a new account, was help by an associate named Mariah. Excellent customer service was provided, associate was able to answer any and all questions I had.

Eli was a great help I was able to get my services and new phone without any hassle thank you

I just want to say that I had a great experience at this location. I walked in and was greeted by Eli who eventually helped me with my phone. I hate dealing with sales reps but Eli is the perfect person to deal with. Made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. I really felt he was looking out for my best interest. Thanks again!

Upon arriving to this location, Eli immediately welcomed us graciously and asked what we were looking for today.
I told him specifically and he catered to my exact needs within 15 minutes!
Eli was very personable and knowledgeable about each product and helped me find the perfect phone.

Mariah is an amazing customer service rep. She is very nice and helpful. My son had a SIM card issue and she got it fixed no problem. Such a great employee.

Mariah was super helpful, I came in for a case, screen protector and to pay off a phone. She even offered to apply the screen protector which was great for me. She was friendly and gave me the information on my plan that will help me pay off my other phone as well. Thank you!

Upgraded my iPhone here yesterday and it was a quick and efficient process. Summer helped me out and she did a great job. Kind, informative, and all the while helping other associates in the store with their questions as quickly as possible.

WOW! It’s so hard finding any good customer service or just someone kind now a days but Eli was amazing.
I walked in and he took care of me the entire time. I was having a really hard day and when I tell you he was able to turn it around for me just by him being so kind. I am so thankful I came in when I did. Thank you soooo much Eli you are wonderful. I hope good karma comes your way. :)

The time it took in the store was great, usually it takes a lot longer. I had to order a phone for upgrade since none were available in store, but I understand that is a supply issue that many businesses face. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable and was able to help me quickly and get me a great deal with one of the available promotions.

Mariah was very courteous and helpful explaining my rate change. She provided viable options for my usage and was able to find me a suitable rate plan to fulfill my service needs. In addition she helped with a phone upgrade and took the time to explain features and answered all my questions with a smile.

Fantastic customer service from Joseph and Mariah. both were great help with my upgrade, I would recommend coming to these two to handle your account!

The representative was outstanding. He answered all my questions and I walked out of the store with a new iPhone 14 and two iWatches. He recommended a cover protection for the phone and screen protection too. He put on the screen protection. Very happy!

Mariah was absolutely incredible. Not only was she helpful during my initial problem but I returned to her the next day with a totally new problem and she fixed that too!! Wow what can I say but amazing!
