Metro by T-Mobile

Bought a new phone yesterday at this store. The two people who helped me were outstanding! They took all the information and had my phone up and running in no time! I believe I was in and out of the store within. 30 minutes!

Great experience. Peter was extremely friendly, helpful and fast. Definitely recommend both Metro as a great value and Peter at this location as a great representative.

Total rip-off the guy whom works there sold me a Motorola phone telling me this phone is way better then Samsung so I bought it. Nothing but issues since. Phone drops calls can't use right hand to play games and can't speak to anyone while I am home even on wifi. Then found out he told smartpay I purchased a Samsung and charged me over $500 when in reality I was told this phone would be $269. Now suddenly he has no idea what the phone cost was and no record of it and laughed in my face when I was on the phone with smartpay. Completely a SCAM AND PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW
