McDonald's

Super friendly staff. The woman that took our order was so friendly. Felt nice to finally have a friendly face to talk to at a McDonald's. Clean eating area. Woman even came to see if we needed anything & took our tray!! Yummy coffee!!

They were extremely efficient in processing the drive-thru. That we had to wait a little bit for the food they were very nice when they delivered it

McDonald's is one of the best fast food places because it has management. Many fast food restaurants do not, and now they do not have enough employees to keep the indoor dining area open. I love the double cheeseburger and fries combo. The new fries suck no matter which way you put it. They need to look at some old videos and figure out how to make French fries again.

If you want your iced coffee done right you come here. There are two wonderful employees that make your iced coffee exactly how it needs to be made. This is awesome for my morning. I appreciate you ladies and gentlemen of the West Liberty McDonald's.

McDonald's can be a risk, one I'm willing to take frequently, but in Mt Lebanon, the only risk is attempting the lunch rush. Food here is consistent and the service is what anyone should expect when driving a motor vehicle through a narrow lane, placing an order into a 2 way communication center and pulling forward as to pay and pick up what seems to be good for the future.... because I'll tell ya what, it's good long after any meal is pushing 10 hours without refrigeration.

Love McDonald's fries. The food was fresh. It was fast. And they even put napkins in. Please fix the milkshake machine.

This McDonald's has been on point lately!!! No matter what time we go our food has been excellent and the orders have been correct. Thier ice cream machine has been out of order for over a year, but there are lots of other options to try.

Mcdonalds as advertised. Fast drive-through, usually in and out less than 5 minutes

They were very slow the days that I went in to grab a couple doordash orders but typically when I go in this location they are very quick I don't know what was going on yesterday but not so much

The restaurant was very clean and the service was quite prompt.

Food was perfect and hot. The wait wasn't bad and the crew member was very efficient

It was during rush hour, we were asked to park & they'd bring out our food. We wait less than 10 minutes. The food came to us hot & fresh. No complaints. They crew did a great job!

Best McDonald's in the city. They went above and beyond to make the freshest baskets of friest 3 minutes before closing. I didn't want nasty mayo, and they labeled my premium sandwiches. Thank you, Ronald.

This is a clean restaurant, friendly staff and great food! And the woman taking our order made my coffee perfectly, which I use a lot of cream and sugar .

This place has been there for years. And it's been remodeled a couple of times. I've never really had any trouble with my orders there and it's kept in nice shape.
Also, drive-thru is constantly busy 🙄

I pulled up at 12:59, the close at 1 but they took my 35 dollar one minute before close. Been turned away at places 5, even 10, minutes before close. Super polite even after I added more to my order at the window. Then gave me two apple pies. Great late night trip.

Nicest people I've met working at a fast food joint in years! So refreshing.
