This is my neighborhood GameStop and over the last 10 years service here for me and my family has always been top notch.

Today, the day after Christmas, I went in to make a return/exchange and unfortunately, I did not have the receipt nor the order confirmation email nor did I make the online purchase through a GameStop account. I truly walked in there with the Perfect Storm of a terrible return situations--and I knew it and I felt terrible about it! Zack was patient, calm, kind, and courteous as he worked through the many flaming hoops that needed to be jumped through in the store computer system to allow the return/exchange to happen. Many thanks to Zack, the other staff person working in the store, and to the many managers that Zack contacted to make sure I left with the game my kid wanted for Christmas.

Friendly service, love the ambience. Just wish they had more stock on action figures.

This gamestop always helps the best they can, you can tell they have a love for the gaming community!

Can't say enough good about this store. I had to exchange my sons switch after he broke his (thank goodness for warranties) and forgot his SD card and a game chip in it. The woman who works there (I wish I remembered her name) checked when I called and saved it for us until we got home from vacation. She was amazingly sweet and my kid greatly appreciated her setting that aside for us until we got home. Thank you!

Good selection and great staff!!

Ever since the new management took over the store every shopping experience I've had has been friendly and informative. The staff knows their business and will often go out of their way to help the customer, even if that means they make a bit less cash on the purchase.

Perfect spot to trade all your gamer stuff in. Whether you want cash or store credit, it's the best offer. Especially if you are a pro member. This is my first choice. Plus the staff is so helpful. Each one of them know all different types of games. So when ever you want to try a new game or get into games; this is the spot to go.

Great staff and the games are never scartched up or anything. Have been going to this same location since I was 10 years old and it never disappoints. Around the holidays I've noticed the have even more sales associates in the store to help out customers. Customer service here is just impeccable. Love this place

I have yet to find a GameStop I didn't like, they are all very helpful and kind people. They helped us find everything we needed and showed us everything on clearance as well. I don't go to this one often, but it was a great experience and found everything that I needed easily and in good time as well.

Best staff ever

Super helpful staff. Recieved a wrong power cable for xbox 360 and they went above and beyond to make sure I end up getting the right product. The two dudes who were working around 5pm today are the best

Great store! Had some technical difficulties when I bought a pre-owned 360 and the staff and management went above and beyond the "call of duty" to help me out. Seriously great customer service.

Very nice place to shop if you're looking for a collectibles pop culture-themed apparel like shirts hats bookbags. It's also cool place to buy collectibles action figures and toys. They also sell games lol.

I am at this GameStop all the time. Craig the manager is the best when it comes to being real with the customer. I get him coffee occasionally as a thank you for their help.

Pretty decent gamestop store I've been to a few of there preorder launches I was at there red dead redemption 2 pre order launch the store manager is a nice guy I made a mistake of buying the wrong console version if a game and he lemme return it no questions asked for the same game on a different console

Great place to find new game. The staff is very helpful too. Quite expensive but they have the latest game and they sell 2nd hand game.
