Kohl's

I 'm not a shopper. I mainly use Kohl's to return Amazon purchases. The lines at Christmas were past the men's department and to the end of the shoes, which is almost to housewares at the back of the store. The cashiers were speedy and efficient, and I didn't spend more than 5 minutes in line. My cashier was so nice and went out of her way to help me find coupons. I forgot my credit card and she put my purchase on my card at the register so that I can accumulate points toward my rewards. I like that seasonal is in the front as you come in. It saves time. Then if you want something else you can wander around the store. The sales are great. I love the Sonoma candles, they smell nice, and I like the price

Redo is an amazing customer service representative. He was very patient, he listened to my concerns and he was very professional and friendly. You can see that he loves his job! He has a great personality. I bought some makeup and I will be back! Redo match me perfectly!

This is a typical retail experience for today's day and age. It's not amazing or awe-inspiring. It's a store and the employees are there to do a job. No one goes out of their way to do anything crazy. If you have a fear of going out in public for a social interaction, this is the place for you! You can find a new outfit complete with accessories and even some fun extras with no interaction at all! The cashiers only give you a total, and you pay without any small talk at all!

The only downside is that the store was a little unorganized and empty since I went in right after the holidays, but I'm sure any other time it's fine 🙂

A one stop store to shop for clothes for the whole family and then some. On all our shopping trips Kohl’s is a must stop every time. They usually have good deals on almost all clothes. The store always feels clean and well organized and well stocked. If you follow their ads you can usually get pretty good additional deals.

,when i was checking out the employee advised me that the item i was buying was buy one & get one half off ,plus she applied another 15% off with out me asking. So I came out paying 5.15 for the second iteam,which was a great deal. 👍

Just wanted to thank Rose B. At the checkout for helping us out getting a khols card. Saved us a good amount of money on the total. Definitely helped out with the kids clothes. Thank you rose.

I went during the holiday season. The store was a bit of a mess but the staff was friendly. I had ordered something for pick up at store and I picked it up with no issues. I also found something I had been looking for. Overall I had a good experience.

Really enjoy going to this store. Its always clean and well stocked. I've found some awesome deals.

My experience today was as usual, very satisfying. When I went to check out, Lorena, the cashier, was very friendly and helpful. I've been helped by this same lady before and she's always very attentive and professional. It's personnel like her that help Kohls keep regular customers like myself coming back. Thank you.

Jackie is amazing !!! She helped me find correct shampoo and conditioner , my shade in concealer , even helped me choose a new primer. Her work ethic is excellent & I will be returning to this location !

Janeta and Elena at the customer service desk at the East side store were amazing! You just do not see customer service anymore
like these ladies provide. KOHL's should be very proud to have these ladies representing them at the customer service desk. I wish all customer service desks were this friend and efficient! Great job KOHL's Team!

Lots of cashiwrs but had 2 see whuch was next cashier was ready 4 custmer. When I got 2 my cashier told her it would help if rhey woyld raise rheir had or wave so we woyld know qhere 2 go. My cashier right away annouced 2 cashiers 2 raise there hand. I apprecated this because the pwrson 2 me agreed, so I spoke up.

This is a very nice store everyone was very helpful and smiled too .. to me . This make a Pleasant shopping experience especially with the holiday season. Thanks

The delightful experience made me second-guess our Styles of shopping but it was overall good experience. I received the initial $81 or so in discounts. I completely forgot about Marshall's but isn't Marshall's used stuff? Ross and Marshalls before, and then I just see Ross and Kohl's today.

So happy they have a Sephora now! I was looking for a new foundation. Jackie, the makeup consultant, helped color match me. It was the perfect color for my complexion. I can’t thank her enough for taking the time to work with me and making this an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Jackie at the Sephora department!

Kohls is an ideal store to shop. Clean and people friendly. Lots of great sales. Always an opportunity to return in a few days. I love shopping at Kohls.
