Ash is the best in town. Not only will he go out of his way to help you out in whichever way he can. He also doesn’t charge until you pick up your device. I’m laughing at all these negative comments because I know for a fact that Ash did everything he could yet she’s just speaking only about the “negative.” Why don’t you mention that Ash let you borrow TWO loaner phones & you didn’t pay a dime despite all the running around he did to help you out. Some people are just ungrateful! But nothing less, if you need anything repaired, flashed, unlocked, new service, or just a new electronic device come check him out. You will not be disappointed (:
