Zumiez

Plan to get a skateboard for my friend and need to travel overseas. The staff there especially the girl were very patient and helpful. I was trying to figure the size and everything and the staff helped me understand what matters. Eventually I got everything I wanted and they gave me a discount at the end as well.

We visited Zumiez to buy a skateboard for our daughter. The customer service was excellent and we walked out with a skateboard and some great beginner tips on how to skate. We’re definitely going back to the store for more purchases. It was a wonderful experience shopping here.

Stopped by the store today to just browse and the customer service was amazing! The manager Erich showed my 3 year old how to ride a skate board. He makes you feel like family.

I love my first board so much and I got it from here, when I ride it, it's butter! But all that aside, customers service is a 10/10. Went here to get a board, vane out with a board, a happy smile, a few tips to skate, and the feeling of being welcome to the community!!

Helped my daughter with a skate helmet and the staff was really helpful and friendly. You could tell the dude cared and there was no "vibes" in there that sometimes come with "core" skate shops. Good people and the only current skate shop in Redmond I am aware of - def reco them.

Bought my first real skateboard here! The two staff members I talked with were very friendly and gave a lot of personalized advice on what to buy. Loved the music playing in the store, and will def be back!

We got a new skateboard custom-made for my daughter. The guys there were great about selecting the deck and the trucks and the wheels and then the bearings.... She loves the new skateboard and these guys did a great job helping her.... Thanks !!!

The staff here were super chill and helped me find what I was looking for and offered great help on guiding me through installing bearings.
