Jack in the Box

Well, it's fast food so, not the greatest food in the world. But, I ordered like a million things online, very specific things that you could easily mess up, and these people got all the order perfect, even the sauces. Also, walked inside and the place was spotless clean. So, good job to the staff!

Okay I made a review already, but now, if I could go any higher than 5 stars I would, so I'm going to post another review.
BIG UPS to Jack In the Box!

For a few reasons.

1. The owner responded to my positive review. Most of the reviews I leave are positive ones. With a few simple clicks you can see that I have left a ton of reviews over the years. This maybe be the 1st time I've ever had a response. And seeing as how my last review was "guided" by Google and not 100% my topic, I figure I now had to up my ante and leave a proper review.
2. I like my goshdern milkshakes, but the problem with other places in town, (everywhere from Tacoma to Seattle and Bremerton to Redmond) like to play the "our shake machine is down" card like as if they were McD's circa 2006. But the fact is, McD's had a "reason" -which wasn't laziness- for their milkshakes to be down, and it's actually a conspiracy.. look it up. The reason why BK lounge says the shake machine is down because they close in like an hour and they don't want to shut the machine down after closing time. They're trying to spare themselves 5 minutes of closeout activities. Aka, they are being lazy and selfish. Before I moved to the state of Washington I had plenty of time working in a restaurant and you know what, I win. I was a cook(at several places)at Hooters on "fight nights", Superbowls, Stanley Cups playoffs... Feel me? I didn't leave until after the patrons left, the patrons didn't leave until they felt like it because they paid to be there and I ,on average, left work around 4:30 in the morning, after starting at 2 pm. Sometimes solo. Sometimes earlier than afternoon start times. I would be cleaning and breaking down everything for over 2 to 3 hours. And even if it wasn't a massive sporting event I was still going to be there for at least an hour after close. So saving 5 minutes, and lying about a machine being " down" isn't acceptable, to me at least. One time within the last year I questioned the person handling the drive-thru line about how and why it was out of order and they told me that it was out of order because he was cooking by himself.... like, ok, then do your job, and serve the food you were hired to serve,by yourself, until BK puts on their menus "no longer serving ice cream after xx:xx". I digress with my aggression aside,and still, this is a trend that has been growing and growing. And I'm over it. It's tomfoolery.
But.. the dedicated men and women at this here restaurant are the reason why I went to this here restaurant, spawning a reason to leave a review in the first place.... Cuz just prior to my arrival, BK lounge gave me that old play that I just talked about, so I backed out of their drive-thru line, and took my butt further away, because I knew they wouldn't play a sorry af card like that. And I was correct. I got me my Oreo milkshake with extra chocolate, and they closed within an hour of my arrival...
3. Even if you want to say, "well that is standard service that you're mentioning above", then need I remind you that Jack in the box used to be the only 24-hour restaurant that sold breakfast the entire time, and tacos, at a burger joint? I grew up hearing fabled stories of JITB, as they don't exist in the murder mitten. And now, even if they aren't all open 24 hours like the majority used to be, THEY WERE STILL THE FIRST ONES TO GO BACK INTO 24-HOUR SERVICE AFTER "COVID"!!! THEY GOT BACK ON THEIR GRIND WHEN EVERY OTHER PLACE WAS STILL PUNK'N THEMSELVES ACTING LIKE THE BIG SCARY VIRUS WAS GOING TO GET THEM MORE AFTER DARK.
JITB HAS NO FEAR. and I love that.
4. The menu is so full of options, everything is legit good.
5. The car antenna thingy of the Jack guy is so clutch, having one back in the day in the Midwest was serious pinky out s***. Fancy af. I still want one, just not sure how to get it? It was like a hundred times cooler than the Garfield window cling.
6. For decades they were the only fast food place that offered a military discount. Thank you, while it lasted. Thank you for great service!!!

Just had a Jumbo Cheese at 8:02pm. Walked into the restaurant, which was completely empty, and ordered my sandwich from Oscar.

Let me just say how thoroughly impressed I am by the burger. I usually keep my expectations in order when I get fast-food but this burger was delicious.

Genuinely Oscar is a pro.

I wish I took a picture but this sandwich came out picture perfect and tasted just as fresh to match. Immediately I noticed how fresh the onions were. Crispy and a good sign that they are using good ingredients. Can't wait to go back.

Is there a new boba drink taste really good.

This place is a very good place 2 eat at. My kids loved it, my son whom doesn't ever hardly go outside had to go and get him sum School clothes and his older sister came with us... I had a blast I don't hardly ever get to spend time with him b cuz he likes 2 stay 2 his self but on this day Jack In The Box was there and welcomed us with open arms even was closing and they allowed us to finish eating... They was like don't worry we closing but you don't worry u relax u finish eating it's ok...... Redmond is so dang Awesome the ppl here are just so caring and polite and funny and very down to earth u rock Redmond Washington.

I shared a review about a different jack in the box that was not the most flattering review to say the least. This location on the other hand was outstanding and amazing customer service by Zach who worked in the drive through. He really helped me feel valued and even with my confusing order he helped me every step of the way without a complaint.

Thank you so much Zach and I know I will be swinging by more due to the pleasant experience I had.

No idea what others are talking about! I go by for food for employees i work with once or twice a week. We have never had a bad experience the workers are friendly never messed up a order and trust me we have had some big orders. Love this place and the customer service the guys at the window are funny and always seem like they are in a good mood. Keep up the great work!

We ordered 2 BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger Combos and it was Great! This place had wonderful customer service and fun energy! Sorry no pictures, next time! Worth the $5.00 and curly French fries all the way! The burger is not like a Whopper size burger, it's smaller, but filled with soft onion rings, crunchy bacon and sweet BBQ sauce.

I love the staff here. I've never had a single one of them be rude etc to me in the 4 years I've worked nearby and eaten here.

That said sometimes there is a LONG wait. I have no idea why, but I have spent several lunch breaks sitting in the drive through only to not have time to actually eat my food - no kidding. I've literally sat in line for 15+ mins after ordering my food. So if you're tight on time, this may not be the best location to visit..

but the kids working are so sweet and polite, and they've never messed up my food!

OMG.... I don't know what it is or if they're using some different type of oil or new management I don't have a clue but they are back to making my perfect spicy chicken sandwiches. Everything is so fresh and so good I'm falling in love with you guys all over again. Every Jack in the box is not the same but this Jack in the box yeah this is bomb 😊.

Buttery Jack was an amazing value and beautifully prepared. I ate it so fast but should have taken a picture first. It was amazing. Lettuce and tomato were great. Not the usual fast food experience and everybody was friendly. Perfect timing!

I decided to not remove a star because of a software error on the screen in the drive thru. It will not affect your order or the food quality.

This will be less and less the case as the robots take over.

One of the better Jack in the Boxes around. Sometimes they over fry things like chicken nuggets, etc. But they don't screw up your order, and they have good customer service. The outside benches and stuff are a little over run with moss, it would be nice if they stayed on top of that, but this is the pacific northwest, so whatever...👍

Ordered around 1130pm. The cook made my food just right. Attention to detail. Bacon was lined up perfectly. Food was hot. You could tell he was paying attention. Been to some where thats definitely not the case.

The women who work here cook really good fresh food and they are so nice in the drive through.

My guilty pleasure .......the Vanilla Milkshake, with whip Cream and a Cherry, in my opinion it is the best Milkshake period, creamy, silky, craveable! Shout out to the Hash Browns, breakfast served all day!

This place stays open! No matter the weather! I truly hope the owners and managers appreciate these people! They’re always nice and my order is always correct!

Really nice staff. They work really hard to move the line quickly which they do. Good food for fast food.

Great tasting burger. The savory and juicy flavor combined with the sauce and toppings make this a great place to eat.

The fries were average at best and the service was good and friendly.

I love the pick your own soda machine!! Fanta Diet Grape can only be found this way.
