Everytime I go hear the staff is absolutely very friendly and helpful.

I went in for a new phone. Isaac, the little skinny kid. Looks like he doesn’t work out helped me. Probably one of the best damn workers I ever dealt with. Very respectful, professional, and knew what he was talking about. 40 min or so and I was out with a new phone & a great plan. 10/10

Manager Guoji was super awesome. He handle multiple customers with ease. Very happy with my 2 purchases. He needs a raise!!!!!!!!! Thanks again

I started an application for an offer on line but was unable to complete it, hence my visit to the store, I met Maribel who was extremely helpful, thorough in explaining every detail & answered all my questions in such great detail that a child could understand . She had such a friendly demeanor & kept so calm even though what I was doing seemed to be so much & so complicated. She even went above & beyond by sharing her number with me in the event that I had any problems. It so happened that I did but true to her words she was there for me until all issues was resolved. I'm truly a happy customer because of this awesome staff. She is a great asset to this company

Karely and Kari were so helpful with my switch over from android to an IPHONE. They really dedicated quality time and answered all my questions. Excellent service!

Was looking for some information and was greeted by a man by the name of Guoji. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me pick the right phone and with all the functions needed. Will come back.

My wife and I had a great experience at our local AT&T store. The rep Carlos was patient with our million questions because we were hesitant about switching phone services. Carlos reassured us that we were making a great decision because my wife practically got a iPhone for free by trading in her iPhone 8. On top of the great services, Carlos went out of his way to stay an hour after the store closed to assist us. We appreciate AT&T customer service and we will be back for the Apple Watch. :)

I switched from Tmobile to AT&T. My wireless service is the best, its fast, reliable, affordable, account management everything from bill pay, upgrading, changing plans, are simple and convenient. I recently updrade from the iPhone8 to the iPhone13 MAx Pro and the manager Isaac really took his time and answered every question that I had. Although there are closer AT&T stores to my home I will always make my way out to the Eastland Center store. Customer service is excellent, sales, technical support... I honestly never once had a bad experience with any there, even when I call in whoever asnwers the phones are always nice. They’re 100% helpful, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, go above and beyond to give me whatever I need. I doubt I will ever switch to another company. And I highly recommend AT&T to anyone who needs fast reliable affordable service. Thank you again to Issac and the team at the store.

I went in to get a new cell phone. I think Guoji helped me out? Had some weird name. He was able to place an order for a Samsung S22+ for me and even helped me get a case and screen protector for it.

I brought my sister and brother-in-law to get att sim card. Isaac was very helpful and gave them great deal. He went above and beyond with customer service. I recommend this place and ask for Isaac.

I went to upgrade a line and I had a good experience at this store. Guoji took the time to help me transfer all info from my old phone to the new one.

Got a new phone case and screen protector at this store. Jasmine was really sweet and a pro at installing the screen protector. Very professional. Love AT&T!!!

Came in and had some questions on a upgrade and Isaac the assistance manager was very helpful and patient with all the questions I had and gave me good info on what phone I should get!

I went to change something on my bill and had the good fortune of meeting Isaac G. When he saw what I was paying for Direct TV he asked how long my bill had been $191. After speaking to me a bit and finding out we are on fixed incomes he suggested some changes that will be bringing my bill down to just over $80 !!! If there were more stars I could give to Isaac in particular I'd give him a dozen. 😘🤗

Came in to get new lines and new phones and Jeffrey was so nice and so helpful! The best and fastest experience i’ve had with a phone company. 10/10
