This is one of the best pharmacies I have been to. I have worked as a pharmacy technician and understand how stressful it can be when the stock is low and customers are impatient and rude (which is why I switched to inpatient). I think they do a great job of staying polite and helpful even when there isn't much they can do about not having enough drugs. The lines can be long because it is one of the only pharmacies in that area but they do a great job of keeping things moving and doing the best they can!

I guess I have to be one of the few who think that this Walgreens is great. As someone who's worked in customer service I understand the level of stress that comes with the job and it is evident sometimes but every time I've been I've had nothing but a positive experience. The young men at the pharmacy and the older female cashier all made sure that my experience was nothing other than pleasant and welcomed me back. I think everyone should just work on patience, customer and employee alike.

Great customer service, especially considering the obnoxious, entitled customers they deal with on a daily basis. We're in this Walgreens nearly daily on the way home and not once have we had a bad experience. The staff in the pharmacy is courteous and again, considering the entitled twits that they have to deal with, deserve a medal for patience.

Love this Walgreens. Customer Service is Great. John is their biggest asset. He is super kind and patient with even the rudest customers. Sometimes the customers negative attitude or impatient is the problem. Drive through pharmacy can get backed up quickly and yes it is frustrating waiting. Overall I give this store 5 stars

I love Walgreens and I like this location. Jonathan is a great asset to the company! I've had many mishaps happen to me with the Photo Department but the prices are great especially on sale or with coupon codes. I think the photo department is understaffed or not enough people are trained in it. Overall though, I've had very positive experiences with this particular Walgreens. Love you guys! 😁

I'm reading the reviews and I have never had a bad experience here as a resident in the area. I also don't visit with a superiority complex with a side of privilege. I've listened to rude customers talking abrasive to pharmacy staff as I stood in line. The customers at the Quarry lake location are rude not the staff.

Walgreens is the best thing that happened in this part of town. In terms of prescription service it is the best. they even have a drive-thru. I have used the pharmacy since they opened and have had non of the common problems I have experienced at the others. Prescriptions are ready when promised when you give them notice and they have you ready in 15-20 minutes in urgent situations, oh did I forget express pay. I have them save my credit info and i dont need to show my credit card everytime I pick up. I can even fill my scripts online and I get an email or call hen ready.
I am sure their impact will be felt in no time.!!!

I had the BEST, the Best, customer service from Jewel. I dont even like going to Walgreens because I feel they are overpriced but I had to run in really quick to pick up something. She was informative and helpful. I would go back to that Walgreen's just for her customer service.

Has an amazing group of well trained employees to assist customers in every way possible! A HUGE Shout Out to John for his awarding winning smile and friendly customer service skills. (The only one that I know who will take the time to announce "Thank You And Be Well" over the PA system). Once again, It's a complete pleasure whenever I see John.

Pharmacy, could improve, but the pharmacists are doing their best.

This pharmacy is by far one of the best I've communicated with in a long time. They are kind, patient, and assist you with your rx's right away.

I pick up prescription for my client at this location every other week. I have noticed a consistent efficiency in their customer service. Thank you!

Nice staff and clean store. My covid 19 nurse was so friendly and helpful. I prefer this location.

Very nice people are helpful and the amber the one who said they’re mom bashing that’s not true . I witnessed it she just asked because you can’t control your child .

Excellent service, timely care, & great coordination with other Walgreens if needed.

My pharmacy needs are mostly prescriptions and OTC medicines. An excellent pharmacy!
