Isaac was both patient and helpful. Both my wife and myself needed new phones and up grades. He took the time to explain things as we went along. Issac was great I would give him a big thumbs up. Great employee even if he does like Journey. LOL

Corinne was excellent. She handled my upgrade very efficiently and she provides great customer service. I was in and out of the store in an hour, which is much quicker service than I have had with previous upgrades.

Cindy G was very helpful and knowledgeable. She handled all my questions with professionalism and kindness. She helped me a few times in the last few weeks and I always felt welcome and confident I would get the best help.

Cindy G was the best. She is kind and knowledgeable. My husband and I upgraded and had to change the phone plan. We ended up having to go back the next day for an issue with my husband’s watch but even then she was able to help and get it fixed.

Cindy is so customer friendly absolutely knows the products inside and out. When I go in I make sure to wait for her. She is amazing!

The last who helped me was very nice and installed my screen protector for me and made sure there was no bubbles. done very fast and efficiently
