AT&T Store

JD was a life saver! After my fiancé’s phone unexpectedly died, we brought it to the Apple Store where they told us it would be $500 to repair. We headed straight to AT&T and JD made the entire process of getting a new phone so easy! If you need help at AT&T ask for JD he is the best!

Moses was of great help! And he is able to assist several customers at the same time. Unfortunately, the store only has one employee assisting customers. There can be a long wait.

My husband and I came to upgrade his phone and Moses helped us out. He is the nicest manager and truly helps out the customer with everything. He gave us such a good deal with the iphone 14 pro, case, car phone mount, screen protector, and camera protector! We were not looking to buy everything just upgrade the phone, but for the deal he gave us we couldn’t say no! He also helped us bring our bill down. He didn’t have to go above and beyond but he did. He also didn’t have to help us bring our bill down, but he did and that showed me that he truly cared about helping out customers! Will come to this store again! Excellent customer service!

I went in to inquire about a phone upgrade. I didn’t yet qualify but nonetheless Moses went into my account and found that I was paying for an old, limited data plan that cost MORE than the newest unlimited plans. Even though I wasn’t there for my bill I really appreciated him looking out for me and finding something better for less! That’s amazing. He didn’t even have to say anything but he cared about helping me out even if it wasn’t why I came into the store originally. AT&T, do not lose this guy!! I’ll be back because of him. I felt like I actually mattered as a customer. Thank you for that.

Moses is the best associate I've ever come across with my time with AT&T!! He is so knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money getting my new phone and accessories!! He even looked into my account and noticed we were paying for Four insurance plans, one of which that already covers three phones from my family plan, so three of the plans were unnecessary and he helped me get them removed and credited! That's an honest guy right there, not after your money, he genuinely wanted to get me the best deal and he did. I love my new phone, I'm so happy he talked to me into this Google phone, it's the best I've ever had, especially the camera which was the most important thing to me and he knew that... Thank you, Moses! All my holiday photos with my daughter came out amazing thanks to you!! 🥹❤

Moses deserves more than five stars if possible. He helped me solve some major issues a previous AT&T had created. He was super patient and solved all my problems!!! Really appreciated his honesty

I just want to take the time to write about how much I appreciate these three employees that work here in this location. I believe the names were Leslie, Jamique, and Moses. Out of all the AT&T stores I’ve been to (which are a lot) this is the ONLY store that actually cares about the customers and it SHOWS.They accommodated my needs quickly and professionally. There’s another AT&T store right by my house but I refuse to go there and will continue to drive out my way just to come to this location where I know I will be assisted promptly and properly. They absolutely need a raise !!!

Great experience. Leslie and Moses had extensive product and company knowledge. They were able to work together to set me up with a plan that fit my needs.

Coming here was a great experience, this is the most knowledge I’ve had since being with ATT , the store employee really helped me tremendously! I was able to save money on my bill , other ATT stores did not tell me about discounts. Thank you so much !

I had a great time at this store, they gelp me get a ppl hone mine was dead and the service was great all three associates had a beautiful smile on their faces. But there was one young lady that stand out she went above and beyond for me and I appreciate her for that I stand there and every customer that comes in that door she help them with a smile very positive young lady I hope the promote her soon ❤ ♥ 💜 🙏 💕

What a nice AT&T store! Moses went above and beyond to help me and my family with our needs! The store was very clean and everyone there is so nice and willing to help us out. Stop by this store inside the Wellington Green Mall if you need anything Apple/AT&T related. They rock!

I had an issue with my iPhone and thought I could have gotten help from the Apple store but said to myself. Let me try the AT&t store. Alexia the AT&t rep helped me tremendously. He was kind, courteous and understood what was going on and I got helped in a very quick and orderly manner. In the future if I have any issues I would definitely be going back to this store.

Jemique was really helpful and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He also pointed out that I have to call AT&T to cancel Next Up if I don’t want it because AT&T puts it automatically on my bill. I didn’t realize I have been paying for it …never asked for it and never wanted it. Thank you Jemique.

Brian did a phenomenal job assisting my husband and I in the store. He was straight to the point and gave us more than enough information about our products. He was very polite and knowledgeable on his ATT information. He is someone that should be moved up the ladder quickly. If we were able to give him a 10 star review we would, but 5 is the highest.

The supervisor Moses really knows his stuff, he saved me money which allowed me the ability to buy my wife a new phone also.
