Walgreens was in good shape towards stocking up.
They have a lot of nice items . Some cheap, cheaper, expensive, and I think I was surprised to see that. Don't know if they change. Their environment was clean as well. Parking spot available also I see drive through.

Manager mustache likes a clean store. He dusted with an ostrich feather and polished counter with stick of butter. It's a nice!

Staff that are still there from when it was rite aid are very good. Frequently there are staff that get floated there from other stores. Transition from rite aid to walgreen seemed to have a few complications with computer system changes and changes in some staff. Things seem to be going much better now. The staff are helpful and cooperative if you ask them for what you need. I have used this store for years and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Plenty of parking and convenient drive-thru for medication pickup. Friendly and helpful staff. I’m not sure why Walgreens closes the pharmacy for one hour during lunch. It’s very inconvenient if that’s the time happen to be there to get your medication. Not sure what the reason is, it’s not just this store at every Walgreens.

In the pharmacy area, the staff is not friendly and you can hear them gossiping. Unprofessional. Also the pharmacy is NOT open on the weekend. If you don't get your meds by Friday you must wait until Monday! The pharmacist specifically was nice and helpful tho.

I have been a customer for a number of years but I am thinking of changing. Their website for renewals of prescriptions is difficult to manuever and half the time doesn't work. Stock is another issue. Many times they do not have the medication in stock and it has to be ordered. They also refill RX's I didn't even ask for and I am not on automatic refill. The pharmacy technicians are very helpful and nice but their pharmacy overall and their website needs work.

This pharmacy is understaffed and service is terrible. Long waits. Drive through isn’t currently working (no bell by car or hand- have to knock on glass) and lines can be long going inside. However, the pharmacist is very pleasant as is some staff, just undermanned. As of this review, Thursday Dec 9, 2021, the pharmacy is unexpectedly closed!? Also, there are no more weekend hours!!! Who ever heard of a major chain without weekend hours?!!!! I changed pharmacies after 8 years of seeing them. Oh, and you’ll beat your head against the wall with the length of time it takes to get through by phone.

Never used the pharmacy, but service is inadequate. I’m always greeted by rude staff who act like assisting you in any way is ruining their lives. Shelves are never stocked properly either. It’s a mess. Again, I’m not sure about the pharmacy end because I’ve never used them, but Walgreens on federal rd in Danbury is phenomenal in comparison.
