Erica was great and helped me and my family with everything we needed

I came in today to switch to ATT. Gabriel made it simple and fast! She even got me with a great deal on an iPhone 14! I highly recommend her services. She is dope! Even got a juice box for my little girl!

Avery & Carl Anthony are the best. After not being able to resolve my issues at another store I came to Pear Orchard branch & was immediately assisted & all issues resolved. They are professional, caring & attentive to needs of the customer. I can not recommend this store enough as you will be pleased with the service.

Latasha was our CSR. We had a lot of issues to get handled! She took care of us the BEST I’ve ever experienced!!! She definitely needs kudos!!!

I was greeted by Erica, Jasmine, and Gabby and this is honestly the best customer service I've received at an AT&T store. All of my needs were met and my issue was resolved in a timely manner.

Everyone in the store provided great customer care. Erica was very patient in the process & Brent was very gracious. Just being nice to people is a lost art in most places, but here they got it right. Kudos to the AT&T team on Pear Orchard!

I visited this location today 12/4/23 and was greeted with respect by the team. My individual retail person Erica was Awesome. She helped me achieve a better understanding of my mobile service through her time and patience.

Had the best customer service experience with Corey Hollingsworth and wanted to give him a shout out. He helped my older friend understand his bill and update his service.

I had an amazing experience working with Corey Hollingsworth. He made the process smooth, and was very knowledgeable about his job. The wait wasn’t long. He also made sure we had everything we needed before we left. The manager ( I forgot his name) he came over to introduce himself and made sure everything was going smoothly. In which I told him Corey was doing a super duper job. I actually pass two AT&T stores just to go to the Pear Orchard location. They have never disappointed me. I had a thousand questions and they answered them all. I’m not too knowledgeable about this new technology. As you can tell from the selfie, I was very pleased and excited about my new purchase!!

Some of the best customer service and most knowledgeable people you will find. I have been to many ATT stores, well Byram actually, and they were not helpful at all and didn't act like they wanted to even work with me. This Pear Orchard location though is the best ever and always has been. I will always drive from Byram to Pear Orchard ATT every time. Special shout out to my helper the other day who was great, Corey!!

They were so friendly Mr Rod and Miss Jasmin were so helpful and kind if you are looking for a good person who can help you with your issues and your needs I would definitely suggest those two nice people

John was very helpful with trading in my phone. I was disappointed that he could not return the accessories I ordered from AT&T online. Despite that, I would definitely ask for him the next time I go in there.

She was very helpful and detailed about every step that needed to be taken when transferring information to another phone for me. I truly appreciate the discount and other plans that she informed me of as Well. I truly felt appreciated when she told me about the first responder discount and in a world where it's rush rush rush. She truly exemplifies what a Dedicated Customer Service representative should really do and that is making sure that the Customer is truly taken care of and I will be sure to recommend her to anyone that is interested in Great Customer Service
