Excellent service by employees and clear options/directions about shipping options. The Amazon returns option drop off is seamless. The store is small but packs a mighty punch for easy customer experience.

This the the closest UPS store for me and I do a lot of amazon and returns which they accept for free. It's a tough business because its just very busy at certain times, but I find the employees always congenial and very nice. Some people complain about the service, but I am sure its hard to get people to do this tough job. Just have some patience I would suggest. Better than the Post Office for sure.

This place continues to be fantastic. I just watched them deal with a cranky customer, and they maintained their composure and were friendly even tho she was not. They've been sooo helpful since they came to the neighborhood.

This place is great. A very reasonably priced printing option and top tier customer service. I highly recommend this place. Always the fastest service. I ordered a few pages to be printed and didn’t see it had a wait time. I called and the wonderful employee printed it up right away and I was in and out within minutes. Big thumbs up.

Very friendly people who recognize regular customers and "know your name". I rely on this store heavily for business and personal, and they have been far better than the previous mailbox store I used. No matter what I've shipped, including valuable items, they've always done impeccable packing jobs.

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this UPS. I signed up for a mailbox and the staff have been nothing less than very helpful at all times and friendly. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone in the Eagle Rock area.
