AT&T Store

I recently experienced amazing customer service at AT&T. Oscar was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist my kids and I with my inquiries. I was impressed by his efficiency and friendly demeanor throughout the entire interaction. Highly recommend his customer service! Thank you so much OSCAR!!!

Oz, Des, Paul and Rachel were simply amazing. Oz helped me transfers my data and and helped me reset my passwords. Des, Paul and Rachel were super helpful too and kept me entertained. I had been on my families plan for the last 10+ years and needed to get my own line, and potentially a new phone. Desirae greeted us immediately and made the process of setting up my line and the trade in process seamless. I appreciate how quick, efficient, and wonderful she was with us. I’m picky with my screen protectors and she spent the extra time to verify it was installed properly. This is my local AT&T store and I will return in the future.

I used to believe that all AT&T stores were the same, but I was wrong. Desirae was the best AT&T representative I have ever worked with. She sat me down and found the cheapest and most efficient solutions to my problems. Desirae made something that is usually a hassle into a pleasant experience. 10/10

The AT&T store at 104th and S Western Ave is the only AT&T store I ever use. They are fast, friendly, and always resolve my problems.

Went to upgrade my phone and Desirae and Trina help me with upgrading my phone and I have to say they both were really good they made my experience very pleasurable the team in there was very nice and they were very easy to talk to and they got me the phone that wanted and they a few days later I got signed up for there internet over the phone and Desirae did a GREAT JOB getting everything done over the phone everytime I got into that store it always nice and clean and everyone greets you when you walk in I love doin my business at this store they have my business for life
