It's hard to find good customer service now a days but every time I go here someone is always smiling and willing to help out, also the shop looks great. Compared to the other local shops who sound pained to sell you anything, this is the spot.

It’s been well over a year that I’ve been coming here for all my smoke needs. Jorge and his crew are all amazing, friendly and provide great customer service.

Went in a couple times months apart and let me tell yall, Bobby is THE MAN! He recognized me as if I stop by every day. Extremely kind and I never got a "get in and get out" feeling from the establishment nor a feeling that they're trying to upsell me. Nothing against the other workers I've just never interacted with them. As kind as he is knowledgeable about all the products. I found my shop!

The most beautiful and well designed smoke shop Ive ever seen! The place is huge and they have everything you could think of when it comes to smoking necessities. Also their e-cigarettes/vapes are never the fake cheap ones you find at other places that die after an hour. Customer service is amazing the cashiers all are so knowledgeable about the inventory and willing to help. Also very reasonably priced!

The store owner was super kind and soft-spoken — really helpful, too. He made me feel really comfortable in the store.

On my way to Coachella I decided to stop by Palm Desert for a quick vape before the festival and man oh man… I felt like I needed heels before walking into this beauty… WHAT A SMOKE SHOP… Never been inside such a store like this! Customer service was amazing and the prices are unbeatable! Went in for a vape and left with 5 vapes, 3 Delta 8 Pre Roles (Ask for the Packwood Insane pre role) and some CBD cream for my back! Definitely worth stopping by 😃

All your smoke needs in ONE place. I love this place its my new favorite. Some bongs glow in the dark, bags and cases, CBD, vapes, tons of beautiful glass 😍 you have to visit this place, you can't miss it, just follow the lights.

shop very clean very large inventory girl at counter wasn't to helpful just stood by cash register she did ask we wanted to see anything let her know but you would think new customer could have been a little more helpful, did see some items that I will definitely be buying soon other than that very nice 🙂 shop
