I've been doing business at OfficeMax in Alaska for many years--it's pretty much our only option for a wide variety of office supplies. My home store is good because it has a large inventory, but the staff is never very knowledgeable or helpful. The staff at the LaQuinta OfficeMax in the Pavilion shopping center off Hwy 111 at Adams was fantastic! They were welcoming, approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciated it because I was looking for something that I'd never bought before and didn't know would work for my needs. They were clear I could return it with the receipt even with the package opened. The great service made my day!!!

I don't have a printer at home anymore, so it was my first time printing from Office Max. An employee greeted me and asked if I needed help, I said yes, and she was so helpful and patient in showing me how to use their printer.

I always have a good experience here. Through the years, I have used Office Max supplies (from paper clips to tech items to office furniture), print services and tech services. I have found their prices to be the best of any comparable business in the valley. The employees are all nice, competent and helpful.
Recently, I took my laptop in for cleaning and repairs and had the good fortune of meeting and working with Daniel. He knows what he's doing--that's for sure. I will be replacing my laptop soon and this is where I'll get a new one.

Update: I just want to re-iterate what I said above and add that I did get a new laptop. I also got the yearly tech plan which I highly recommend, as I am NOT tech savvy! I continue to work with Daniel on a regular basis in that regard. I've recently needed some print services that required a certain level of detail and perfection. I thought I would need to go into detail to explain my requirements, but Christian "got it" immediately and, in just minutes, I had exactly what I needed in hand. He is just a pleasure to work with--easy going, intelligent, and professional.
One can't go wrong here.

Curb pickup works well..I took computer and notified that I was outside and then out he comes with my ink cartridge ... he also took my old one to recycle, a very good visit and service I like!

Store employee was very helpful in finding the item I was looking for and he provided me with a cart for my purchases.
