The workers there are amazing and they all speak spanish! I always have a hard time finding Metro's that have employees that speak Spanish! Highly Recommend!

Visited this store the other day, after a long search for a friendly metro store I finally found the one. Great customer service! They really made sure i was happy with my phone and service before i left the store. Will be returning!

Yesterday I was having trouble with my phone, I took it to Metro PCS on Binz Engleman the Manager , was friendly willing to go the extra mile , but his wife is the one that controls every decision made there. She is not a friendly person.
She starting talking in their language so I wouldn't understand, which is so rude! But, you know they don't want you to know what they are talking about. Makes you feel uncomfortable :(

He said my phone was damaged and there was nothing he could do , but sale me another phone .

I will never go back there again!

To make my bad experience short, I decided to go to another location on , which is on Eisenhauer Road.

OMG !! The Manager, Katarina fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes. i didn't have to purchase another phone. She was so kind and friendly willing to go whatever it took to help fix my phone.

She was very knowledgeable, professional and, she knew exactly what to do.

I recommend her to the highest when it comes to fixing any issues you may have. I will continue go to that store.

Definitely would recommend visiting this store not only the environment but the customer service was amazing. Answered all of my questions as well as gave me an awesome deal on a new phone. Will be visiting again!

I really like this location, me and my wife always come here. The woman who works the counter is great/friendly and any and all issues/concerns/general transactions have gone through smoothly. Ill keep coming here.
