Staples Connect

After the laminator broke down at my usual Staples location, I got redirected to this fancy-looking Staples location on Miracle Mile. I requested to have 3 kpop posters and a fanmade concert banner laminated in the copy & print department. Jessica was very transparent, professional and accommodating to the available laminating services (particularly with the available thickness of lamination) and when my order would be completed in a timely fashion. I told them I needed it completed within two days and said it might be finished the next day.

Michael, the printing manager, was truly helpful and assisted in measuring the dimensions of my posters and banner. They were truly professional as they handled my posters with care and were transparent about the slight charges for trimming the posters. Honestly, I'd rather have them trim the correct dimensions instead of cutting them myself incorrectly.

The next day, I received a text notification that my posters were ready. I decided to pick them up the day after (2 days after I placed the order.) I was allowed to pay in advance and it was only $24.00 for my entire laminated order! On the day I picked it up, Jay was on duty and they were also very polite as they presented my posters. They were rolled up and made sure I double check to see if the lamination was done correctly. And yes, they were trimmed proportionally and the laminated posters looked phenomenal. I believe these posters can last for many years to come! Thank you to everyone in the copy & print service department especially to Jessica, Michael and Jay for completing my orders in a timely manner.

I’ve used Staples printing service a few times, once for ad-hoc office printing and then for printing banners / posters / menu cards for my wedding. Throughout all of it, Karina had my back!

I got menu cards (custom size) printed and she called to let me know she won’t print them due to them being too light in color (text was illegible). I amended and resent without having to go back to store.

They also produced some Polaroid style photos and a poster crossword for me - all were excellent. 5/5 for print quality. 5/5 for customer service from Karina.

I came in to use the computers and copies center I was helped by Ms. Havannah. Extremely helpful with everything from computer work as well as helping me to operate the copy machines. This is a type of customer service all Staples stores need. Good job Havannah

Ariana was such a huge help! I didn’t know exactly what to get and she helped me figure everything out and made sure all of my prints came out perfect! She was so sweet and answered all of my questions!! Thank you Ariana!!

Went in looking for an office chair. I had great customer service from the cashier who works at the tech and shipping (didn’t catch their name but cashier:2032944). Even helped out with bring the chair to the front and helped with bringing the box to my car. Very great service will come back!

my last time shopping here, which was about a month ago, I was given excellent customer service by a cashier named Ariel. I told her I’d give her a review and even though some time has passed I’m keeping my word. She was very friendly and professional! Keep up the good work :)

Wow! What a beautiful store! I had gone into another Staples looking for a printer and the selection was very poor. I went to this location on the suggestion from the employee at the first Staples store. They had a good selection and they had printers in stock which the first location did not. I know there are shortages so I was concerned I might not find one and I needed it ASAP. The staff was very friendly and professional. Walter assisted me in making my purchase. He was knowledgeable and patient as I mulled over the decision. He helped get it to my car and loaded it for me. It was fairly large. It was a great experience I will definitely return and would highly recommend. Thanks Walter!

Possibly one of the best customer service experiences I've had in America. Chris was so helpful to help us decide the best office chair. It's a beautiful modern store.

Staples was having a sale on desk chairs, and I took the time to buy one. Anthony was the cashier for my transaction, and was very helpful and patient with my order. He helped me sign up for the rewards program, registered my insurance online on the spot, and offered to take my large chair package to my car. Anthony deserves a raise for great customer service!

Went in shortly before they closed one evening, and an employee named Myles really helped me out. He was really kind and patient as I tried to best explain how I wanted my photos printed, both on sizing and paper type, and got them exactly how I wanted. Thanks again!

Spacious, clean, simple, offers printing, passport photos, Amazon pick up, and parking. And they have demo of home offices, which are beautiful. What is there not to like about it?

Staff were really helpful, I needed to print couple things and the guy there was super nice, he was there whenever I had a question.

Issac in the printing section should deserve a raise for his amazing customer service. I came in to print a blueprint as well as other important documents but I wasn't sure the size etc. He helped me figure it out and gave me some wonder advice.

I came to return used print toner cartridges for recycling and credit as part of their in-house program. They also accepted my electronics recycling and even my lithium-ion batteries for recycling. I am a happy-camper! Thanks, Staples :-)
