The store was super clean and the associates were friendly and eager to help. Kayla helped my husband and we got new phones and I love the service and the phone. She helped us transferred everything we needed over to our new phones including my pictures, contacts, and even my text messages.

Kayla was so good. We had problems changing phones over she stayed on phone with corporate office and they messed it up. She then called her store manager and within minutes it had it all fixed. She stayed on phone with corporate for 2 hours. Love the Jefferson office and Kayla is great worked late to make sure all was done right

My husband and I had the best experience at this Verizon store. Ardee is very knowledgeable about all the products in the store and all of the different plan options. She didn’t try to push products on us or make us feel uncomfortable. The set up of our phones was a very simple and quick process. Both Ardee and Claire had great customer service and positive attitudes. They even stayed after hours to finish helping us out. We left feeling very informed and happy with our purchase. We highly recommend this store because they are willing to take the time with each and every customer to answer all questions thoroughly and with honesty. 10/10!

Great experience. They had phone I was looking for, Verizon was being a problem. He fussed with them, reserved the phone and helped set it up when they finally came through, all as part of customer service (imagine that, doing something without an upcharge!). Great experience, good to have something like this locally.

Ardee and Jessica were amazing help!! They were very informative at picking out a new phone and getting my fiance added onto my plan. I even saved a few bucks on my bill! They were both so friendly, and we felt like old friends chatting while we waited. I would definitely recommend this location.

Both of my parents and I had wonderful experiences here thanks to Aaron. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went completely above and beyond to help each and every one of us. No matter what the issue is, he will do anything to help you (no matter how long it takes and does so with a smile on his face). You just don’t get service like that from many people anymore. We can’t say enough good things about this gentleman!

thank you guys so much for a great experience getting the kids phones and the new phone lines for the kids on the kids plan. Aaron was so amazing and so patient. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal! Even when I had trouble setting everything up on my own, it was not a problem to give them a call and have them help out. They literally went above and beyond. Y'all are the best! absolutely the best Verizon store I have ever been in!!

Jessica was very knowledgeable and patient with my mither, as she tried to make a decision on a phone. Jessica was working alone and had people waiting, but still took the time to make sure we were taken care of. She was even able to get a phone delivered within an hour from the Commerce store.

We were switching from sprint and Duane and Kayla helped us get our account switched and get our new phones. They were amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend going in and talking to them if you need any help or have any questions. They were very knowledgeable and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help us.

Aaron is a super nice guy who was trying his best to handle a large rush of customers while we were in the store. He very quickly set up my new phone and had me out the door in no time. Its a bit early for Christmas music though!

We recently switched from Sprint to Verizon. We visited them before switching to discuss pricing, and Kayla wrote out all the prices we could expect with switching. They never “surprised” us with any extra costs. It was all set out and discussed before hand. They were super honest and never tried to talk us into something we didn’t need. We ran into a few unexpected bumps (our fault) while trying to complete the switch, but Duane was so helpful and understanding. They helped us set up all of our new devices, and Duane even checked back with us the following week to make sure everything was going well with our lines. Highly recommend visiting this location!

Ardee and Claire were insanely patient with myself and my family. We ordered some iphones and there was an error that slowed down delivery. They kept us informed the whole time and smiled while I was impatient, which is important. They also did a lot to manage our expectations and Claire stayed late to help me set up my phones. Absolute Professionals.
