Great customer service. I was looking for a queen-size bed topper, the Hallsferry/Parker store. On 8/27/23 & 8/28/23. I appreciate Paul Brandt help. He's a totally asset to your co. A true salesman. Patience and caring. He sold me a very nice cherry wood sleigh bed room set 10 yrs ago. I really like bedroom furniture. You had the most beautiful bedroom set and mattresses. Thank you, Mr. Paul.

They do have a good selection of bedroom sets that you can you. Nice workers could not find much that I wanted.

I bought I thought was a new mattress and foundation. When taking the plastic wrap off of the foundation mattress, here was a tear covered with a piece of tape. They were notified of it with a picture with it and haven’t done anything about it. I have company who have arrived here now and nothing to sleep on.

I was charged before the item was sent. Didn't receive it. Called business, they said it was delayed. Biled on 1/10/24. Called a second time on 2/1/24. They said I should get it soon. Still haven't received it on 2/4/24
