Great experience. My item was packaged, labeled and ready to ship in 10 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was polite, efficient and very helpful.

By far my favorite place to ship things. Amazon returns are automated. If there is a question, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are convenient.

Never been to a UPS store… had reservations about going to this location based off reviews but was happy with the customer service nonetheless. Would go back

Younger guy assisted me yesterday with confusing (to me, not to him) Amazon returns. He was patient and really nice/helpful. Every time I come to this story, the workers are polite, fast, and do all they can under UPS policies!

Stopped by the morning of 6/27 to return my AT&T equipment. The guy working the counter was very fast, efficient, and courteous. I was in and out in like 2 minutes. In today's world it was nice to be waited on by someone who knew how to do their job and not act like I am bothering them. Thanks. Give him a raise!!!!

My soon to be Wife and I went in here to print our wedding invitations. We brought in our own cardstock, we had the documents drafted up in word and we were ready to go! Zack helped us get started right away - helped us with a few issues Microsoft Word created, and helped us print some test pages to make sure everything looked good. After we printed them, he offered us their paper cutter so we can cut them down to size, see how they looked, etc.
We spent almost 2 hours here that night with the printing and the cutting. Zack was nothing short of patient, polite, and professional. Even when dealing with other customers, he was super friendly and everyone that came in loved him! Between that, and the fact that each page was only 39 cents, way lower than we thought it would be, we actually went back the next day to do some more printing and had the same experience.

We will be coming here for all of our printing needs, even if it wasn't 39 cents a page, you can't put a price on the amazing customer service we received.

I went in to do some printing and Zack greeted me right away. He helped me get on the computer, make some changes, make sure everything printed fine, and I was on my way! The price for printing was way lower than I thought it would be, making me an even happier customer! I'll definitely be going here for any printing needs!

Diane and Patrick were both incredibly kind and helpful. They were very flexible and helped me re-package my two guitars to get the best shipping rate. A+ customer service!

This is my preferred place for shipping packages. Today I had 3 large boxes. Stavros was kind enough to carry the boxes in for me. I also had to ship a gift. Always friendly staff and extremely efficient.

Very fast and helpful! Young tall guy with a beard helped me with my shipping! I was in and out before I could blink! He did everything for me and very friendly! This guy deserves a raise!

I faxed my 38pg document after I forgot my wallet. They waited almost 40 min. for my return. Extremely helpful!
