Cumberland Farms is always my favorite convenience store. Mostly because I've never had a bad experience with any of them.
The employees are always very friendly and helpful, and this one was no exception.
I was greeted with a friendly smile and a offer to help me find what I needed.

Closest gas station to my house, so we go there frequently for snacks, drinks, coffee, etc. Staff is always nice. Gas prices are typically on par with the surrounding area. Someone commented below that there's no public restroom, but I would have expected that because it's a tiny gas station. Still, has everything we need even being so small. No complaints.

The staff here are so very helpful and generous! Each time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and a hello! I had an issue today where my boyfriends phone was dead and our truck was on empty as well and we could not access our money unless the phone turned on, but we didn’t have a phone charger. So the manager (I didn’t get his name but I’ve seen him before he’s always been pleasant, he’s mid-hight-skinny, young with dirty blonde hair) allowed me to grab a charger and sit in the truck until my bfs phone turned on and could transfer money to my card. Once this process was able to go through, I went inside and paid for the charger and the gas. But the point is, he trusted giving me the charger without paying for it upfront while sitting in the truck until the phone turned on, and it meant so much to me because without his help we would’ve been seriously screwed. I love every single one of the staff here they are ALL such great employees :) this is where I always come for gas and always will!!

Sensational Service with a 😃 "smile"... Is what every customer receives upon entering the convenience store/⛽ gas station. All of the staff is known for their customer "savvy service" and they extoll this every time the bell rings when you cross over the threshold.

It amazes me that other establishments dealing with the public don't follow the courtesy model like Cumbie's does. Who knew?

Much friendlier than the main street location. Especially the manager, she's always nice.

the convenience store part of this gas station is not very accessible for a service dog team. the aisles are tight, the building feels cramped. the building seems dingy and has haunted gas station vibes.

I always liked this store, however I was alarmed to see someone in the store yesterday (may have been an employee) without a mask on. Will be taking my business to the other Cumberland Farms gas station/store near Sandees. When the pandemic is over, I would be happy to visit once again.

I went here to refill my gas and I parked out back. I was encountered by a rude employee who yelled at me with an attitude saying I can't park here as it was for customers even though moments before I refilled my gas. When I went to resolve this with her she threatened to call the police on me and made due with that. The cops ended coming and spoke with us. When my wife called the store to speak with the manager she was greeted by the same employee who one refused to let her speak to the manager as there was "no need" and two refused to tell my wife her name but by then we already knew who she was as we've been going there for years. This has all happened today and my wife has already called cooperate. We are taking our business elsewhere from now on.

I use to have great customer service here well the only time I do is at night time after 6 but apparently their early morning crew are extremely extremely careless about their job they're supposed to be open around 5:00 a.m. it says online but as I pulled up I can tell somebody is there the lights are all on but there is no one to be seen or found doors are locked and I waited out outside for about 20 minutes nothing so I proceeded to call a few times during that time also no answer I don't know what the employee was doing but it apparently was not doing their job and I will promise you I will never go back to that cumby's in the morning shift ever again and I suggest anybody else do the same

No public restrooms. Where does the staff go, do they close the store and go down the street?
