I came all the way from New Jersey to pick up a breaker here and its surprisingly very nice with tons of stuff in stock

Very cool place workers are helping you to choose the right product you need. I’ve been there multiple times. They were always friendly the last time I bought a door, and they even helped me to unload it into my car.

Going to the Home Depot at the Palisades mall was a great experience. I found everything that I was looking for right away. The salespeople here actually stop to assist you. They are courteous, informative, articulate, and professional. The salesperson in the appliance department was extremely helpful in showing us the differences between the various washing machines and refrigerators.

Great location. Well stocked and kept clean. The new Home Depot app helps with finding the aisle you need, especially if you’re used to other locations’ layouts. Self checkout counters are available here for quick purchasing. Large parking lot and plenty of carts and dollies.

We needed to buy wooden slabs to make extra shelves- it's perfect for it!

Whoever does the managing or hiring at the W Nyack Home Depot is doing something that all other locations should follow. EVERY employee I encountered yesterday was incredibly helpful, polite, and even though it took a long time for them to get me the item that was listed as in-stock but wasn't on the shelf, they did it! It took closing down an aisle and getting a machine to lift a pallet from a top shelf! From the first garden center associate who immediately came to help me with all my bags of mulch, to taking me exactly where the pots I was looking for were supposed to be, to the indoor associate I grabbed who then called other associates from that particular area to help me when the pots weren't there--everyone was amazing! I have NEVER had service like this at any other Home Depot. Ever. In my entire life. I needed those pots because they can't be shipped for free and Amazon charges so much money for them but they're never in stock at other stores... Even if it lists them as in stock, I encounter the inevitable "If it's not on the shelf, we don't have it" lie. Not at West Nyack! You have amazing employees!!!!!

Anderson helped explain the return process on Saturday. When we did the return on Sunday he wasn’t there and It was very stressful and we were credited wrong. The next day Monday we went back and Patty and Donnie made a very stressful return and exchange more tolerable. They spent over an hour correcting a mistake from the night before. Patty spent over an hour on the telephone trying to make an adjustment and Donnie took the time to explain and apologize. They are appreciated and were professional and kind.

The store was very clean and organized. The merchandise is displayed for easy shopping. Even being holiday shopping time the floors were very clean. All the employees were neat, clean and knowledgeable.

Typical home depot. Many items are available that you wouldn't think they carry. I had a great experience in the paint department this trip. I'm sorry that I didn't get the employee's name for this review, but he was very customer oriented - he asked myself and another customer if we needed assistance, while his two coworkers were having a personal conversation on the side. Be could have volunteered his coworkers but he saw the need to address the customers. Two thumbs up for him!

Home Depot is of course Home Depot. Big chain Home improvement store. But I have to recognize the store manager my son and I talked with in Nanuet NY. My son is working on his Boy Scout Eagle project and the store manager really helped us out.

Better experience than usual. The guys in the paint department were actually pretty helpful, both over the phone, and when arrived in person the lady at the cash register was very friendly as well.

There are special window curtains from 6 to 10 dollars take advantage of this great offer and buy four that you just needed. It is safe to go. You have hand gel when entering and the use of masks is mandatory to enter the store

The staff there are a hit or miss. Sometimes you get someone real friendly and sometimes you get no one at all to help you for hours. The lumber station is empty all the time... I feel like it's the fact that they are severely understaffed and not because people are rude, but it does affect the experience when you're trying to be in and out and it takes over an hour because no one was there to man the station. The one good thing is that there is never any lines which is a plus.

My husband and I have been to this Home Depot location twice since they stock the floors that we've used on a recent home update. The store itself is very clean and organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I didn't catch the name of the first forklift guy that expertly put the flooring into our vehicle, but his skills were on point. For the remainder of our flooring order, we used the online ship to store option, so it would arrive at a location closer to our home (not West Nyack). Estes Express was the service Home Depot Online used to fulfill our order. The order kept being pushed back and never arrived (nearly two weeks after the original supposed delivery date). So I had to cancel my online order and drive further to West Nyack (since they must get their flooring directly from the manufacturer and not Estes). Fortunately, we had already had a good experience at West Nyack and Rey was absolutely kind and understanding. He pulled aside our the flooring he had in stock so it was ready for us when we arrived and helped up pack it into our vehicle. Rey is not only pleasant to deal with, he's extremely competent. If management opens up a position he wants they should definitely give it to Rey:-) Seems like he would succeed at any position.

Always clean and organized. Staff is always helpful and very friendly. Went there for 1 thing ended un buying 4 more stuff. Always a place to visit if you are looking for DIY stuff.

The best place to shop for everything in your home. Good prices all the time. Always worth the money I've spent. I've never returned an item yet.

I came in to buy a replacement sub pump. The gentleman in plumbing was so gracious and even opened the box to show me how I was going to set it up. Great experience!

Although I wasn't there to shop it was a trip decided by my boss and we were there for our job. My boss is very nice and she liked the way and the performance of The Home depot Staff

I used a private designer 3 years ago to help me design my kitchen, for the extension of that kitchen I thought I would try it myself first.
I went to Lowes and dealt with a woman there who was very impatient and gave me hard time about showing me different options on the computer. (Isn't that her job?) I had to really beg her just to show me how a different layout would look, and I had to deal with her huffing a puffing at me. I walked away thinking "I guess I have to call that designer back," Anyway, I wanted my husband to be involved in some changes and she was "totally booked all week" so I figured why not compare so we went to Home Depot in the mall figuring we would see a movie afterwards.
When I called Larry was SO FRIENDLY that I was excited to meet him. I have to say in person he was EVEN BETTER! He not only helped me see every single option I wanted, he actually showed me BETTER options! He never hesitated changing, remaking and moving things around for me.
No more need to pay a designer, Larry helped me improve the kitchen and I will place the order this week!
As a woman, Lowes and Home Depot are stores that are like Kryptonite.. But now its my new "go to" place!
