Fixed my phone here today. Just wanted to start off by saying, the service here is absolutely amazing. They replaced the front and back of my iPhone 13 and did an outstanding job on it. In addition, they then later included a strong case and glass screen protector for a great price. After my visit to mobile couture today I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Gentlemen.

Be very careful if purchasing used/ refurbished products. They will not honor their bad products i purchased a iphone 6s one night prior to traveling overseas for a family member. Left it home, noticed an issue with phone. Place closed due to pandemic for four months. I go back 3 days past mall opened again. I admit i could not find a small cash register receipt after four months. The wanted to charge me for to “repair” a bad product they sold me. I smashed the phone on the floor on front of them. I would not win and with them. Wanted to give them the smashed phone and tell them to repair again and resell the faulty product again.
I know my loss, hopely is theirs also.

Denis helped me out and was very kind. Set me up with a new case as well as cleaning my phone and putting on a screen protector. All and all there is nothing more that I could have asked for. I will definitely be bringing in my iPad to get the screen fixed.
