I just have to share an experience with an employee that went way beyond what I would have expected. There was no one at the wood cutting machine or lumber department. Gigi was in another department but called to get us help. I had my girlfriend’s 90 year old mother with me as I was taking care of her for a week. Gigi said the guys in the dept. we’re out back loading stone and would be about 15 minutes. I wanted to wait but Maryann couldn’t stand that long. Gigi showed us a bench she could sit but I wasn’t sure as Maryann gets confused. So Gigi would check when she went by and I would check. Gigi found another young man who could cut after a while. He cut the plywood I needed for the senior center the next day. You have a remarkable employee in Gigi. I keep coming in for puzzle boards and appreciate the service. However Gigi went beyond to make the experience one I’ll remember.

I went to get my Christmas tree, Andrew and the other guy- I didn't get his name were really helpful and polite. I got a $79.99 tree @ 50% off......I always get my tree here every year anyway but this was a great trip!

A weekly walk about. I was given a new planter to add to my collection... now I need a green plant or maybe a bush...or maybe a small tree? So off I go to Lowes for my weekly tour of new plants. I may not have found the perfect new resident this trip, but then there's always the weekend...

A most excellent experience. I needed a 4x8 3/4 thick sheet of melamine cut 3 ways. The guy in wood cutting named Phillip was right there, ready when I needed him, and he was pleasant, polite, respectful and seemed genuinely happy to do the work. I usually shop at the Ormond Beach location since it's nearby, but the employees I've interacted with at Ormond Lowe's aren't anywhere close to pleasant. As soon as I finish this review, I intend to call the manager at Port Orange Lowe's and personally express my appreciation for Phillip and his super customer service attitude.

Great place got all my stuff for my mail box I put in and decorated. Made this all for $200 came out great.

Very customer service oriented and finds the products and applies the pricing to help get the job done. Also, the fulfillment team gets items ready quick! When there is a call back needed, he calls back in a short time and follows through! Much appreciated!

This location is clean. The aisles are orderly. They are following all COVID Safety protocol. Masks are Required to shop inside. They have 6 ft markers on the floor for shopping. Well, it's a Lowe's. Typical Lowes store, but it is clean, and there are plenty of workers around if you were to need assistance. Personally, I feel the garden section here is much better than Home Depot. Much larger selection of brick, rock, plants, and yard doings. It's also shared mostly. There's plenty of parking and multiple entrances. It's also located right off of a main road and right off of the highway. They have everything you would typically need from an all-around hardware and home improvement store, just different brands from Home Depot. I think Dewalt, for example, is one of the only common between the two stores. Would be a calm place to work at I would like to think.

This is the Lowe's I remember from year's ago! Thanks for bringing back the trust I had lost in your company guys! You made a difficult job seem easy.

I am more used to HD but this time I found a good Lowe’s coupon so I decided to use it. I purchased an equipment but needed to exchange it because of problem it had. The effort made by Lowe’s staff to make things right was great. I am very pleased with the service and help I received.

Overall a CLEAN store with friendly staff.
Bathrooms are average. Customer Service line a bit slow but this is expected.

- UPDATE Yet another fabulous experience. Frank at the PRO Desk went out of his was to pull some Hip & Ridge shingles and had them ready as I walked through the door. This Lowes has it goin' on!!!!! My guess is that there is a good manager.

1/20/2024 afternoon: Curbside's Devin is great AND Marshall at the PRO Desk is a PRO GOD. Hooked me up with a PRO account, and I am a VERY HAPPY Lowes customer.

Great home decorating accents like wallpaper, mirrors, Wainscoting and lumber.

Lowe's is one of my favorite stores in which to shop! It seems I go there at least once a week. I walk in and the smell of lumber makes me happy. I can't quite explain it, but it's a good feeling. Never had problems with the staff or customer service. Helpful people!

Love Lowe's, the associates are nice and their plant selection is awesome. I will always go to Lowe's first. Additionally, went to Lowe's today,associate Andrew recognized I might need some and immediately jumped in. Took 2 chairs and umbrella upfront for me cause I was pushing my wife in her walker. Grabbed 3 plants then associate Eric immediately asked if I needed help and offered to put stuff in my car. Both associates did all this with a smile and eagerness. Lowe's should be proud to have associates of this caliber working there

Huge shout out to Sydney at the Port Orange location as well as her ASM Amanda and our first customer service rep Vic. They were so helpful with a price match and took the time to make sure everything was correct and taken care of. Hard to find good, hard workers these days that go above and beyond. Kudos to these awesome ladies.
