Got helped by an employee named Ryan, I believe. He was amazing, quick, courteous, professional, knowledgeable. Made the whole experience seemless and because of his excellent service I chose to purchase an additional game as well. Also, the store is clean, smells nice and has a sleek look. And the store policies are actually really customer focused which is refreshing considering most businesses aren't so much any more. Overall an excellent experience with a great employee and a great company.

My son and I go here weekly & we love it!! The people who work there are always so helpful & nice. We enjoy shopping there everytime.

These guys have a really good selection of games and especially toys. You can always find some cool clearance toys as well. Very small but clean shop.

Today is May 26th the gentleman working at the Port Orange location picked up the phone while I was In Walmart and helped me save at least 25 dollars on a PlayStation game I was able to get in and out I will definitely be back great overall experience

Sad to see GameStop dying from the products they peddled for years because the major console manufactures screwed them with online stores. What can I say it's GameStop it has the nostalgia of blockbuster just it's no longer as convenient as it was. This locations ran by some real nerds (like me) who actually know what there talking about when it comes to hardware and finding out maybe a console or accessories or basically the whole package. Can't speak for the other locations but the guy I've seen working here for years ain't charasmatic but he is informative, and helpful to the point he'll pull something out of the back that wasn't displayed and and truly have your purchase in mind. Not once have I had a bad experience. Everyone that works here cares about games first Of course they need the up sell, but it's part of the job. Not like you come in for Madden and they push Animal Crossing on you. If the don't have it. They'll get it. Love my Gamestop.

The experience was pretty good (too much chit chat though), but the wii, wii u, xbox 360 section is nearly non existent compared to just a couple years ago.

I'm so sad I didn't catch her name, but the cashier was so lovely. Very friendly and helpful 💝 They're games are priced way better than at Walmart and it's very organized and clean there. 10/10.

Miko, Ryan & Chris have always been cordial and consistent over the past decade and have always given me good advice on what I'd enjoy and now for my kids. I cannot over emphasize how appreciative I am for their consistent service for so many years. Kudos to that team. Frankly, I just dont trust the other Game Stop franchises but I do trust this team.

I can't say enough about the people that work there the staff is absolutely wonderful knowledgeable beyond your belief with over 15 years experience most of the employees have. Came in for a Ps4 power cord which was being held for me, customer service was exceptional! A very helpful store Associate by the name of "Nikko" was to kind and she even offered me and my partner a free red bull as we were checking out! What a way to treat your customers 😁

I enjoy going to this location over many others I think a big reason is the employees are exceptional (Ryan amd Miko) in every way. always makes it feel like a local game shop. Always really helpful and friendly and casual and it just makes the experience.
