Rocky's Ace Hardware

I like Ace Hardware over the big box stores because they have just about all the same stuff as the big store and I don't have to hike ten miles to get it. Their service is better employees are always friendly and if you need rope or wire cut there is someone nearby .

Just needed some white rustoleum in a can. It's not available at Walmart anymore. Ace had it. Good service, and friendly.

I like shopping at this hardware store. I can find what I need (e.g. furnace filters) at really good prices. Plus they often have fun items that you won't find elsewhere. Employees here are friendly and helpful.

I was looking for some very specific Hardware. They have a awesome selection of that type of thing. I found what I needed and within 10 minutes I was out the door. Less than $10 spent and an exact fit for what I was looking for.

They had Ice Melt when no one else did... In 50lbs bags and for a better price than others.
Staff was helpful and items easy to find, had what I needed so that's great!

Almost always able to find what you need with a friendly employee. I've never had one dodge me here.( another company did) I had fun with it. Anyway it's your hometown store and if possible I try to support them. Much friendlier service here anyway.

Although they didn't carry the item I was looking for...(binder clips)... everyone there was extremely helpful. The store was clean...well lit and even dad a cooler stocked with ice cold Root beer 🍺

I always get great, personal service at the Handyman hardware. It's easy to get in and out fast with what I need at a fair price. Better than the big box stores.

Well I didn't have my glasses on I couldn't see what I was looking for. A gentleman that works there got everything for me that I asked for with no hesitation. There's not too many people has that much patience with me. I didn't get his name but he's an older gentleman I say late 60s. And when I went to get cash out, the lady was very nice. But every time I go in Ace hardware ads in your location or pretty much any location I get nice nice feedback I get that warm fuzzy feeling inside and I like it that's why I just got my business. Keep up the good work. Not too many stores around what does the service that you guys do. I want to thank each store especially the xenia store thank you

This is a very helpful hardware. There is always hot popcorn...lol. A great place for plants in the spring in and around there greenhouse. They have a well rounded assortment of merchandise, though smaller then a box store. I like there discount tables, an assortment of scratch n dent, overstock, and discontinued items. FRIENDLY.

As always, "Ace is the helpful place." I am always impressed with the personalized service I receive when I go to Handyman Ace Hardware. Their selection isn't as large as the bigger stores, but they typically have what I need for most things and the employees make it one of my favorite places to shop.

It is true that someone helpful will actually meet you and help you at this store. TBH I don't know how they stay in business. Maybe not hoarding all the profits at the corporate level. Keep in mind the folks are not experts at everything and may just be reading the packages along with you but they are there and they are trying which counts for a lot and there are some things they are actually very smart at. If beggars can be choosers, the popcorn needs to be fresher. Sometimes I just go for the jelly you can purchase there near the check out. If you like a good jelly, check it out.

I'll have one of everything! Just as I expected a hometown Ace hardware to be. Clean, well kept, everything you could need for home/farm and gifts, local specialties like jam. I'll be going to this store again. Today for a snow shovel!
