I love this store! Everything from the convenience of the location to the quick and friendly service. And recently, I discovered they do PRINTING. From start to finish, AMANDA - the Print Manager - was amazing! She was especially thoughtful and thorough. The color quality and her design was beyond what I had expected. I can’t wait to do more.

This place is always SO very helpful! They are quick and efficient… and always on positive moods which is just a bonus. Will and Aldin were particularly helpful today!! Grateful to have them in my neighborhood!

On 6/17/22, my dad dropped off 13 packages weighing between 8 and 25 lbs for me at this location on his way home from work. When he got home he was very insistent that I should write a review to thank the woman who was on staff that not only held the door for him but helped him carry some of the boxes from his car. He said she was so patient, and kind, and helpful. Thank you so so much, I am so appreciative!!

We needed to fax a 23 page document!
Anastasiya a very lovely young lady, very polite and caring… she faxed it or tried too at least 4 times, the number was busy. She asked if we could try an alternate number. Then she tried again! We were there
At least an hour, but she never gave up!
FINALLY it went through and she had us wait until the confirmation page came through!

I went to mail so packages to the ups store I don’t usually use ups to mail packages so I wasn’t too sure what I was doing Kyle went out of his way to show my exactly what I need to do and know Kyle is an excellent employee any company should be happy to have.

Alden went so far out of his way to help me get something printed in time for a party. Amazing customer service. I hope i need more things printed soon!

Love how clean and organized they keep the place but love the excellent customer service even more! We go out of our way to go to this one!

This place is THE best. I often come in to return packages not having taped or even cut out the label correctly, usually carrying a bunch of kids with me. Not only does the staff NEVER complain about my lack of preparation (unlike other stores in the area), but they seem actually happy to help, especially when I need it the most. I will use this store for all my marketing needs for my business just b/c the staff is so great.

When my mother died and I wanted to ship some of her fragile artwork to Colorado, including pieces she created, Shawn was thoughtful and took his time to ensure everything was packed with care. His attention to detail and excellent service made a tough time easier, and my precious memories arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Shawn!
