I feel like I’m in Frank Lloyd’s house right now. Amazing coffee, tea, dark chocolates, and ambiance. If you want to study or read quietly, this is the place.

Stopped in for a caffeine boost. Excellent service and the coffee was even better. We enjoy supporting local business over chains, and Freedom of Expresso is certainly worth your business. Highly recommended.

High quality in every sense: on-site roasted coffee, delicious pastries, and a very comfortable atmosphere, furnished with Stickley and beautiful stained glass. Staff are friendly, prices are standard, and the wifi is free.

A great local offering!

I wanted an iced Chai, but I did forget to say iced. I got a warm chai. I tasted it and I loved it. My two buddies got their stuff and we were chilling and enjoying our purchases. The batista stops by our table and I told him I forgot to say "iced" and he was willing to get me an iced chai. That is my go to place from now on. I kept the one he gave me and told him I really liked the extra chaieeness of the chai. Been to other places and they seem to be watered down some. This was more chaiee...

Great cappuccino and tasty bakery snacks. I enjoy getting out of the house and working remote here a few times a week and I never feel rushed or out of place. Barista is always friendly and fellow patrons are polite. Cool Craftsman style interior and stained glass windows.

Met a long time friend for coffee. We sat outside at picnic tables, drank coffee and caught up. Four hours later friendship renewed and a great large cup of coffee enjoyed!!

Wonderful coffee spot. One particularly great thing about this Freedom location is its seating, which is so extensive that it's never a problem. Its proximity to Canal Landing Park is also very nice for the summer and spring. And of course, the coffee is quite wonderful, with Freedom being one of Syracuse's longest running local roasters. Easily one of the best places in Fayetteville for studying and getting work done over a nice quality cup of joe, with a friendly staff to boot.

If you’d like to support a local business and enjoy coffee made from in house freshly roasted beans then this is the spot.

You are always greeted by a friendly smile, or recently a smize.

Ditch the burnt, stale beans and drink good coffee!

Super cozy atmosphere, beautiful stained glass windows and the furniture is comfy and pretty. Barista was sweet and we bonded over the playlist that was going that had Lucy Dacus and some others I happened to enjoy too.

Drinks are pricier than even Starbucks but they're well made and as far as I know locally sourced. I do wish they had more menus available/a sign for them since I had to kind of awkwardly stand in front of people ordering/getting their drinks to read it, but I'm not gonna bag on them for that.

All in all I'd still rather go here than a larger chain and it's great for solo work, meeting up with people/hanging out or just grabbing a quick drink.

Definitely the best place to grab a coffee with friends or work on hammering out that paper you've been avoiding because you hate deadlines. My personal favorite is the Poor Man's Mocha. I make a version of this in my own home every morning. Nice to know that there are other people out there who enjoy drinking the same drink.

I'm visiting from Florida and my kids love coming here for breakfast. We are in love with the chocolate croissants. After trying them we spent 10 days in Quebec and Montreal and eating a bunch of croissants, we found that we love Freedom of Espresso's the best.. I only wish that they would make more daily because we came in a couple of times and they were all gone:( . So if you want to go and try these delicious items, go early to make sure you get them.

Excellent coffee shop, great atmosphere, and most importantly excellent coffee! The only tough thing is it's location on Genesee street..not easy to get into, but can't hold that against them.
