Starbucks

Stopped by for a latte on the way to work. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. During their busy times, parking can be challenging as the lot fills up quickly. Then you'd have to park next door behind Empower. Service was great, and the wait time was minimal. Love their brown sugar latte!

Omg!!what a first time experience.
Excellent service, friendly staff, went to get PSL and apple crisp latte and wow they didn't disappoint.
My son and had a chocolate cake pop and he absolutely loved it.
Highly recommend this location.

I will be leaving this review at a couple locations where the staff, management, and location is exceptional. They are accessible for Wheelchair ♿ and walkers on the floor. The staff is so kind and understanding with Special Needs, verbal difficulties, and being patient with us as getting a wallet out and counting currency is extremely difficult for many. But doing it in real life is such an experience for some.

I routinely bring my special needs adults to a multitude of Starbucks locations, and they often require a very specific accommodations for a drink. By this I mean absolutely no ice (no solid food) or modifications to a drink to accommodate a Type 1 diabetic. Thus also can be asking for extra cups, lids, straws, whip cream etc. I always offer upfront to pay for these items but are never charged beyond a basic standard upcharge in a beverage.

Sometimes, grabbing a Starbucks is a routine thing. But for others, this is such a treat, and the only outing they get to have all week. (If I am off or take a personal day, they suffer 😞)

If you ever run into a person like me, who is with someone who struggles to get out a wallet, or it takes me extra time to order a drink or ask for this or that, please do not get frustrated at these incredible Baristas.

I will drive out of my way to come to this Starbucks! Their customer service is above and beyond! I haven’t met an unfriendly employee yet. Sherry, the manager is amazing, and I think she’s the reason every employee seems so happy at this location. Abby gave me excellent customer service yesterday by suggesting a modification to my drink and even went ahead and made me a sample just to see if I would enjoy as much as she does! Well done Fayetteville Starbucks!

I drive 20 minutes to come to this Starbucks specifically because it is the best one! I come almost every weekend to sit and do homework for a few hours and always have the most wonderful experience. The baristas are all so kind and thoughtful. They help me discover new drinks and food to try and always brighten my day! Just such a warm vibe here :)

The manager was super accommodating. I visited from out of town and accidentally put my mobile order to the wrong Starbucks 20 minutes away and they still made my order there. Nice baristas.

The baristas and the assistant manager Cody are amazing people, they care about the service and drinks that are made. 10/10 for service, drink taste and friendliness. Thank y’all for fixing my drink and making my day better.

Staff is super nice, great coffee

I love the baristas at this Starbucks! I was having trouble ordering as I didn't realize what my "regular" was got taken off the menu. They (socially distanced, of course!) sat down with me and we figured out what I actually wanted. They even printed out a tag of how to best order my drink next time so there's no confusion. I'm very grateful, what a fantastic staff!

I go here a lot because it’s the closest one. Wait times can get long if you go at rush hours but that’s a given for any sort of food service. They’re great about correcting mistakes and never had an issue with rude baristas. Treat them as you want to be treated and you’ll get great service.

Quite a bit of seating and two bathrooms means you won't have any trouble staying here awhile. Parking can be hit and miss because the location is busy but ive never had to wait long.

Recently we ordered a tie dye frap which the app said was in but they were out. They went above and beyond even though we weren't upset which prompted me to write this. The comfortable convenient location brought me here, but the great staff will keep me coming.

Only downside is the AC is too powerful sometimes (an issue at many Starbucks) so I started bringing a sweater.

Love ordering ahead from this location- my order is almost always ready when I arrive and the baristas are so nice! ☕ They are always quick to make a PUPaccino for my dog 🐕

Unlike many posters here, I find the small parking lot to be a plus. Hopefully, it prevents the limited seating area from becoming crowded. Also, I hope it prevents a certain kind of person from thinking this is their office and claiming a seat for hours at a time simply because they purchased a four dollar cup of coffee. Want to relax with a good book for a few minutes or perhaps type out an email or two? Sure, that makes sense. This is what coffee houses are for. But if you’re too cheap to buy a desk, or too stubborn to work from your dining room or kitchen table, and there’s no where for me and my date to sit, then your beloved Starbucks is losing our business, and you’re the one to blame.

My husband and I buy coffee here almost every day and I'm never disappointed. I'm always sincerely impressed by one of the baristas, Marissa, because she is such a nice person and has such a positive vibe! She's awesome and makes the most perfect venti peppermint mocha in the world! Keep it up and thank you for the changes to the space! It's a great place to come to and chill!

Fast and friendly service. I ordered a special drink that I saw on TikTok and it was amazing!!!

Service was quick. I wanted whole milk on the side to add myself and barrista gave me half a cup of milk. More than I needed. Thank you Starbucks. Quick service this afternoon also . Hardly any wait time.

Always friendly & drinks are consistently better here than at another Starbucks about 5 miles away ! No drive-through, it's in a Barnes & Noble bookstore , but I'd still rather patronize this Starbucks!

Great location and staff very professional and nice
The parking lot is very small unfortunately and need to be patient if lot is full.
The store is a nice size so you can definitely relax and get work done
