Purple Showroom - San Diego

My husband and I had a great experience with Nathan and Peter at the Purple showroom in Westfield UTC. We've tried so many mattresses at other stores and it's been a stressful experience. Nathan and Peter were fun and made the experience so much better. They were very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer all of our questions. Nathan was very thoughtful; asked me questions; and provided suggestions while shopped for a pillow. We ultimately went with a harmony pillow and the Purple Restore Plus Hybrid mattress. We are very happy with our decision!

I thought the workers there were very friendly, one of them named Peter. (I believe that was his name) He shown me around, talked to me about each mattresses they have, and told me which one would be best suited for me, it was a very nice environment. I was in the market of finding a mattress and I've came across purple online but I wanted to go to an actual showroom so I can actually feel it you know? Get an idea, they also had their pillows on display and yeah it was just awesome overall, would definitely come back again if I have questions or maybe even buy something

The 10 year warranty that comes with the mattresses is phenomenal and there’s also a 100-night money back guarantee. They took the time watching me lay down in all the different beds and helping me decide what’s best to help with my back and hip soreness. I know it may sound weird, but my two favorite things about the location (besides the employees) was the lavender essential oil smell that is pumped through the air ventilation and that they have TVs for you to look at while you’re lying on the mattresses that display the info. This location is huge and really enjoyable. Thank you again! Looking forward to trying out my purple mattress and accessories!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience looking for a mattress here we walked in not really knowing what we wanted and left with the best mattress ever! after a couple nights I already can feel a huge decrease in my neck tension when waking up and my back pain has been noticably better. The salesperson who helped us out Dominique was an angel who walked us through the whole process, she would even triple check any questions we had if she wasn't 100% sure she knew the answer. We couldn't of asked for a better employee to help us out:)

simple and easy if you are on the market for buying or searching for new mattresses. I always saw ads online but never had a chance to touch it or feel it until now. The showroom was opened about a month ago and finally everybody can test it out. Michael the showroom manager was explaining everything and I was able to test it out all three models and compared it all. Almost fell a sleep. If you are looking to buy a new mattress and have a $1000 for the queen size ? This is it. Take advantage Black friday sale up to $400 off. Definitely worth to stop by and check it out.

I was there a few days ago to look into a new mattress. The store associate, Peter, was super helpful. Given the investment, I spent a lot of time trying out all of the products and asking a lot of questions. Peter was very patient and all of my questions.

Sachiko made my buying experience amazing. Her customer service was phenomenal, she made sure any questions I asked were answered. She went into detail and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile. I walked out with a new mattress and accessories. I highly recommend seeing her if you’re looking for a new mattress.

So excited for our new mattress and accessories! Addy was incredible helping us decide among the different options and she knew the in’s and out’s of everything. In addition, her customer service was excellent! And she knew all the answers to our questions.

Purple was our first stop of many mattress stores to make sure we weren’t making a rash decision. But after all was said and done, we kept coming back to Purple. The next day we came back to buy it and picked up a nice pillow and a double seat topper.

I've been debating what to give my husband for Christmas and I decided to buy a mattress last minute. I went to 5 mattress stores and either the mattress was uncomfortable or the sales style made me uncomfortable. I ended up going to Purple and I was wowed by its mattress. Purple's customer service is also great. Walter guided me through the entire process. He was nice, honest and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and recommended me exactly what I need. He gave me enough time to try different beds and is always available when I have questions. He also helped me with loading the mattress. I almost forgot to bring my pillow, and Walter reminded me in time. Overall, this is a great shopping experience. Thank you Walter for making this gift purchase happen before Christmas.

Last weekend, we bought a mattress along with 3 pillows and a mattress cover at the Purple store in UTC. Nathan was extremely patient and helped us make this big decision. We must have spent at least an hour in the store until we decided on the Purple Hybrid 2. Nathan answered all our questions, and we did not feel rushed at all because of his low-key and super friendly personality. He even let us know that teachers get 10% off on accessories, which was a nice surprise. :)

Nathan and Walter helped me with my purchase of the hybrid 3. They were extremely personable and helpful with explaining everything including the affirm and shipping options. The store was clean and had all the different purple mattresses I had my bed order within 20 minutes I highly recommend this showroom if you want to test before purchasing the purple mattress

Cecilia was really great with answering our questions and took the time to measure with a measuring tape to see if we would be able to fit the adjustable base into our desired bed frame. She was patient, attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly! She made sure we were aware and saw all the details and costs of our purchase. And she explained to us the process of our delivery and what we should expect. We had an awesome experience!

We had a great experience at Purple, Cecilia was so nice and helped us from start to finish. We got great deals on everything we purchased and we truly appreciated the atmosphere of the store and the employees. We never felt pressured or rushed, it was relaxed and easy the whole way through. Me and my family have been to this store multiple times. Overall, the enviornment is pretty chill and welcoming; the staff gives you your space to try out the pillows, mattresses, and cushions at your leisure and there is no pressure to buy/rush to try the products. Each visit to the store we experienced the best customer service. While all the staff we interacted and spoke with during our visits were all friendly and helpful, Sachiko was the one who helped us the most especially with our transaction. She was really patient and attentive when we had a lot of questions. She helped guide us through the transaction process and helped us sign up for installment payments via affirm. She was very welcoming, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She truly made our experience in store the absolute best. Regarding the actual products, I purchased a premier hybrid 4 mattress and some harmony pillows. While it did take a few nights to get used to, I can honestly say that I have never had a better night's sleep. I feel like I'm laying down on a cloud when I'm on the mattress and the pillow. The support on the mattress is no joke; I no longer have any lower back or neck pain when I wake up in the morning. If you're thinking about splurging on a new mattress or pillow, I definitely reccomend dropping by the store and trying them out. They also offer a 100 nights refund policy where you can keep/try a mattress and/or pillows for 100 nights and return them for a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied.

These mattresses and pillows are incredible. My partner and I have been using the harmony medium for months, and we couldn’t be happier. Also, Tom was a fantastic and personable salesman who knew just when to meet our needs.

Went in here this weekend and had wonderful customer service. It’s a non-commission environment so nothing felt pushy, and a lovely employee named Sachiko helped my girlfriend and I learn about all the different kinds of pillows they have and their individual technology. She was very kind in opening some up to show us the different technology and we were able to find what was right for each of us. Been loving them and have much less neck pain!

Had a great experience shopping here for a new mattress. Cecilia and Sachiko were extremely knowledgeable about the purple technology (which I initially thought was a little gimmicky). In the end, we ended up not only purchasing a mattress but added a couple pillows too! Can’t recommend it enough now

Amazing service! Peter is such a nice person! My boyfriend and I went there to try the harmony pillows before we moved to NJ. We said that since the pillow is heavy we won't buy there, but we still received a high-quality service. We tried the harmony pillows with the very very soft pillow case (feel much cleaner and safer with the individual pillowcase offered, especially during this pandemic). The experience was the primary reason that I bought two harmony pillows and a set of sheets and pillowcases later. Now we have used those for a month and we love them! Please note that the tall version of harmony pillow is only available on Purple's website. And I definitely recommend to try first in this store (you will fall in love with the sheets and pillowcases, too).

Wow, never slept better. We bought a split king original with an ascent base. Setup was pretty easy and fits in our existing frame from West Elm.

Everything was delivered in about 3 days!

We had a few issues with one of the bases where it didn't work correctly with the remote, almost like it didn't receive the signals.

We came back to the UTC mall store in San Diego to ask about the broken base and the manager, Michael, was amazing! That was the best part of our experience, meeting with their people and treating us with gold star standards. We got a replacement within a few days and everything was taken care of.

That experience made us like the bed even more!

We had seen the Pure pillow at a furniture store and immediately fell in love with it. Since there was a Purple store at UTC right down the road we decided to go see what they had available in store. As soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed by the employees. We appreciated Sachiko and how she asked if we were looking for anything in particular and if she could help or if we wanted to take a look first and let her know. When we had questions she was there and gave us all the info needed to purchase the perfect pillow (and for me that is never easy).

The store is in a great location and the staff is great. Sachiko was amazing, super friendly too. If you are looking for anything, whether pillows or a new mattress make sure to swing by and see Sachiko!
