Cameron in print services called me because my holiday card was coming out blurry and he wanted to give me options before he completed the job. I went to the store, he helped me with the card and then helped me apply the discount that wasn't working for me online. He went above what he had to do, and I got my cards earlier, and for a great price. I've had prints come out wonky at another Staples and no one has ever called me to check if that's what I wanted. I've always had a good experience at this store.

I need to print some holiday theme letters at the store, in the print department, a gentleman named Jay has patiently helped me throughout. I am very very happy about his manner and service, will come back

This Stapples fully deserves a 5 star ranking. People are so nice and helpful there.
I went yesterday to order two stamps for my business. The lady taking our order was super efficient and of great advise. The two stamps were ready the next morning, price was very reasonable for something that essential.
The cashier was also very efficient, he proposed us the reward program.
I will always go to this Stapples now.

Had to get 3 reports that were about 180 pages each and was really worried about getting it done, but the service was so great from Henry and I got my reports even sooner than I had asked for! Definitely will be using Staples for all my printing needs from now on. Thank you, Henry!

I went to this Staples today to print a form from my e- mail. I didnt quite understand the instructions that I had read on line and I got quite confused on what really is a very simple thing

Brandon (who was helping out in the print center) was a lifesaver tonight. Not only was he incredibly helpful, he also juggled a number of customers simultaneously with a smile on his face and with professional grace.

Natalie is an awesome hard worker. Handling a busy afternoon with ease. While making sure everyone is happy and helped in the most professional way possible. Best place to get your print needs and other office accessories!

Paul, the manager at this Lake Forest location is outstanding, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable about Staples products and services! He is truly an asset to this store and its customers, and is a consummate professional! He's an awesome hard worker and offers to assist the customer with genuine superior service in-store, and superior,
service, after you leave the store! .

On 9/16 he helped us select an ink cartridge that we paid for at the register for $71.99 . We later needed to call back to have the charge credited to our Staples account. Paul, took time out of his busy schedule to help us to make sure we received credit! Paul, thank you so very much for your consistent superior customer service in and out of Staples! You were so kind to help us. You are awesome with a great attitude! Thank you!

I just called to check on a printer in stock. Chandler responded promptly by asking for information on the printer and located it. He offered to place it on hold until the end of business the next day. Also told me to whom I needed to ask for the printer when I go in to Staples. Excellent service and very friendly and kind.

I will return to this Staples in the future.

They've got excellent customer service and helped me make an exchange and went the extra mile even though I didn't have the receipt. Thanks in particular to Ali, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

Big John was really helpful. We were getting a new printer and he explained to me what the printer does and he explained that we get new ink every month.
