Newport Coast Shopping Center

I shop at Pavillion grocery store mostly in this shopping center, and love this shopping center for the Wells Fargo Bank, Zovs and the many shops for one stop shopping. Plenty of parking and EV chargers are available as well.

On this occasion, I visited the center to charge my Chevy Bolt at the ChargePoint DCFC and grab food. As usual, this shopping center has good dining options and plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

I last visited the Starbucks. There is a Starbucks in the Pavilions, but I prefer the stand alone locations because the franchises located in the grocery stores do not fully support the rewards program.

Good for Pavilions, some good restaurants, and 2 banks. Also there 4 charging stations between Pavilions & Wells Fargo, 2 regular and 2 Tesla...but beware...charging rates are very high! Check the rates before you walk away.

LOVE THIS PAVILIONS‼ The people that work there are extremely friendly and helpful and professional, I’ve even had the pleasure of getting to know some of them very well for a long time and this is my go to place for almost anything I need whether it be food deli beer or prescriptions, it’s definitely a very positive experience! 👍🏼😃

Nice clean shopping center. Everything is beautiful here. The produce is perfect and tastes amazing, the bakery has the most professional cakes I have ever seen at a shopping center and they also have some huge gorgeous chocolate covered apples that are a fantastic price. We only visit once every 4 years, but when we do I love visiting this shopping center :)

My first time going to this Pavillions. It was clean very friendly staff. No long lines. I would definitely shop here again. Glad they still are wearing masks.

We visited Newport Animal Hospital since our poodle needed care and they have always been fantastic. We also had an outdoor lunch at Zob while we were waiting and their food and service are both amazing. I recommend both to everyone!

Upscale strip mall on the coast highway at south end of Newport Coast. Casual and fine dining options, clothing and Trader Joe's. Nice views of coast especially from restaurants near highway.

If you read my review of the foothill shopping center you'd see I am very critical of my shopping centers I visit.

This is a perfectly fine center. I would say it is all you'd hope it to be. I can t say and more though.

There are no personal greeters standing next to your door when you arrive, opening the door for you and any passengers. There are no individuals driving around in golf carts picking up all new arrivals as they come in. And for that matter, no personal drivers to drive you and your packages back out to your car.

There is no feng shui mastered design elements like aroma therapy being piped into the parking lot or outdoor breezeways, no personal shoppers standing in line waiting for your arrival, definitely no red carpet to accompany your walk into the facility, no financial planners to provide advice on credit cards, small loan services, mortgage refinancing, or to aid in the sell off of any unnecessary children (say like an extra twin, or triplet, or the least liked sibling of the group) to help aid in the new purchases and to increase your buying power, and certainly there is no one standing in the ready to handle the children (well the ones at the very least that you decided not to sell off).

Of course, just to clarify, regarding the sales of children, I believe strongly that a center that offers a renting out service not just the sales of children is just as good, in fact probably even better, that way in a week or two youd be able to get him or her back. However, I strongly disagree with any center that conducts the pawning of any child. I truly believe they undervalue and over charge upon retrieval of your pawned ticket.

So all in all because I believe a 3 star is good, it means it is doing what it should be doing that this center is a good one.

Add in one or two of the mentioned ideas I'd gladly raise my review to say a 4, but you'd have to do a lot more to get that 5

In this neighborhood nothing is inexpensive. The retail space is pricey. So to be here you have to be good. And the stores here are very satisfying and well run, at least the few I have tried. Parking spaces sized for real cars. 😀 Great Pavilions market, probably the corporate model store. Starbucks that handles an incredible customer volume with an impressive workflow. Retail isn't dead it's just going upscale. At least here.

Great shopping center for local residents with every type of utility one could need. Two banks, Pavilions, a giant, filled grocery store; a salon, many reseraunts (both chain and one of a kind), a dog toy shop, frozen yogurt and more. Lots of parking and very easily accessible.

Friendly vibe with quality shops.

Love this neighborhood shopping center with Starbucks, best florist, fabulous jewelry at Passionate Collector, pet Dr and store, Pavilions with lots of organic products and a great fresh bakery and 2 banks. Plus great restaurants, Zov's, sushi, Mexican, pizza and a sandwich shop.

Pavilions grocery store offers free fruit for children as you enter, everything clean, organized, many options. There is a BofA, a few healthy eating places, a nail salon, restaurant, ample parking, open feeling
