I really enjoy shopping at Belk. The store is clean, open and inviting. The associates are courteous, helpful, polite and professional. I find them to go the extra mile which is unusual in this day and time

As most ladies, I like going shopping, found a lot of nice clothing and sales.
I enjoyed my me day at Belks in the Pavilion.

My wife and I often travel about 40 min to shop here even though there is another store about 15min from our house. Large, clean store with helpful staff. Make sure you download the Belk app to your phone to get the latest discounts!

No bad experience here. Always find what I need and then some, customer service has always been exceptional. Will continue to come back.

Great as always! Went on Black Friday prox 10:30am. Looked all over for Dash 2.5L Air fryer (just like 5 or 6 other shoppers I met). Sold out! Nice young man said that he could order it for me. They are sending it to my home (free). Took about 5min & I was done! Customer service is awesome!

Amazing store. Super clean Super friendly staff. They'll even laugh at your dad jokes. I mean seriously the sign said 60% off I selected 2 items so in my head 120% off that means they owe me 20% at the register huh??

Very nice store in the Port Orange Pavillion. They have clothing for everyone, fragrances for men and women, some household items, jewelry, shows and much more. You can also go on the Bells app. And usually find sale coupons that can give up to 50% off on certain selected items. Most major credit cards accepted. Handicapped parking and wheel chair accessible. Many, many other stores at the Pavillion.

By far my favorite department store in the area with the best selection of quality products. Have only had one sales associate there who wasn't friendly, knowledgeable & helpful & have only seen her that one time in the shoe department in 2016 or 2017. Everyone else is great! Clothing selection is best in the whole area for price, quality & variety.

Selection was low when I went but this was the holidays and I can't blame the store for that otherwise I did find what I needed and was greeted and asked if I needed assistance which was nice. Very nice staff and nice open store.
