Metro by T-Mobile

Went in for an upgrade and left with an outstanding experience. The store was clean and the phones and accessories displayed well. The salesperson Ruby was probably the best customer service experience I've had in recent memory. No pressure, asked questions and was generally happy to help. She even set my phone up for me, a big plus. Thank you, Metro you've done this store and the experience right.

I came into the store looking for a tablet for my 3 year old daughter and couldn't decide whether I wanted to spend hundreds on an iPad or go with something more reasonable price wise. I was so happy I decided to explore my options. Ray was super helpful, very patient, and knew all of his stuff as far as details and features of the devices. He was so helpful I even got a phone for a relative. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and his assistance. I will most definitely be coming back and will refer everyone to go see him.

This guy Charles Espina was an exceptional sales representative. I would definitely buy another phone from this young man, and recommend him as well. Customer cultivation is the most important thing in a business, and this guy knows his job! You are lucky to have this employee working for you.

You just can't go wrong with Metro by T-Mobile. They offer great phones as well as plans to suit everyone. And best of all, no contracts. Their staff are wonderful and friendly. So helpful as well.
