My phone went completely dead. I had insurance through another company and opened a claim. After 3 days of jumping through all of the insurance company’s hoops and extreme amount of frustration I decided to buy a new phone on my own and as a long time Verizon customer I made an appointment. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service I received from Austin. He heard my story and was very empathetic. He went out of his way for me. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase and that my experience was a positive one. He succeeded and this is now my go to store. Thank you Austin and also to Jeff for picking up the phone from another location so I could have it the same day.

Steven was an amazing help with setting up the phone. He was able to explain the difference between the phones we were getting. He was able to inform us and explain the services that would be provided with the upgrade

Very happy with our experience at this Verizon. We visited three times and each time had excellent service. Dammar was very helpful when we needed a new sim card. Andrew was great in helping us port numbers over. Delila was there the day my new phone came in. She was so helpful and very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable about android to iPhone switching and would highly recommend her.

Jess was great and very knowledgeable. She fixed a couple issues I had with two lines and was also able to save me some money with my plan. She was patient and assisted with getting all the phones up and running.

Trevon is da man! He took his time to answer all my questions and added a bunch of savings to my account. He also installed the liquid screen protector for new iPhone. Thanks!

I stopped by the Verizon store in Bithlo at Chuluota Road in Colonial and I am blind and not too smart with my new brand new phone that I got here and a gentleman came and helped me the name of Steve or Steven so nice I certainly appreciate the TLC I got

My fiance and I were there for quite a bit making changes to our phone plan and Joe was very informative, helpful, and patient with us the whole time. I'm a total noob at technology and was anxious about making sure every bit of my personal info was transferred over to my new phone. Joe and Ryan stayed late to make sure they did everything they could to help me. They were great! Very impressed by the customer service here. 👍

I went into Verizon after being with T-Mobile for 7 years and paying over 500 for a bill Demitrice hooked me up with a family plan! He is excellent customer service skills and goes above and beyond his job. He literally made my day & saved me money! Hands down the best rep!

Love this location! Ive been to many other cellphone stores in the area and I always have to wait hours! Here, I walk right in and I'm greeted right away! I came in to swap my phone over to a replacement I got for warranty. Rep helped me switch all my info over and even helped install a liquid screen protector on my phone. Loved my service today, definitely worth coming here!!!

Eric had phenomenal customer service. He took additional time to make sure product was well taken care of and replaced the screen protector flawlessly.

The tech was AMAZING. So helpful and patient. I had a hard time with changing my moms phone from a smart phone to a flip phone. I 100% would recommend coming here for service needs. The man took great care of us and got us handled quick and efficiently.

The location is worth visiting. They have a wide range of accessories and a well equipped staff. It's near Waterford to some degree but a little out of the way closer towards Christmas. But I liked it because it wasn't crazy busy. We had made an appointment but of course they take walk-ins too.
