Publix Super Market at Corner Lakes Plaza

Very helpful employees! My favorite ice cream was out & the guy was willing to go in the freezer in the back & find more for me. It may not sound like a big deal, but most places would just tell you they are out! They have devices that they can look up & see if your item is in stock & where it is. Customer service is seriously lacking in most places nowadays, so I'm giving credit where it is due. And it is definitely due here! Thank you Publix!

Am really greatly appreciate with Rob from the Deli department he has made my day by creating one of are favorites sandwiches the chicken tender one. I have to said that is amazing delicious. Also Rob was really courteous. He was really paying attention to are order details. Thanks Rob.

I have ordered a publix sub on the app while I donate plasma every Thursday night.

It took me 5 orders to communicate exactly what i wanted since the app options were limited.

i.e.
Under comments:
Low fat Provolone cheese
Mix sause into the meat

Pay in full and select the time that i will pick it up

The store is clean and the staff is nice. Store isn’t huge but has the normal staples and consist. They have self check outs. Bathrooms are always clean. Alcohol store is separated by other stores. Parking lot is always full.

First off, Publix in general is amazing. But THIS Publix took the cake (*ba dum dum*) when they went above and beyond to help me get a custom cake made. I had no printer and they needed a photo. Elizabeth in the bakery let me email a photo to her that she pulled up on her lunch break - aka her time off work - since obviously faxing over a cake photo proved useless. I will never forget how they went above and beyond for me. That is why I shop at Publix.

Deli is the best! The wait was a bit long but A tall young worker, I believe his name was Tanner helped me with my sub! It was amazing! Very attentive, super nice, best sub ever. He really made my day! This man deserves a raise! :) I always think about him and the sub. Will be back soon!

I've been going to this Publix location near my home nearly all my life, and there's been no issue to note. Staff that I've spoken with don't waste your time and the organization of the store is well done.

Thank you so much to the store manager, assistant manager and staff for taking such good care of me when I passed out in front of the deli counter, you guys went above and beyond to ensure my well-being and safety. My favorite publix in the UCF area, best backers, best deli! Everything is always fresh and customer service is always superb!

Good store had everything I needed

Publix is a staple. They are always clean, polite and friendly. They have better subs than anyone around. The items are normally higher quality foods, and if you catch sales they can be cheaper than Walmart, you just have to watch the deals.

Staff are amazing! We went during the lunch rush on Saturday and the line was backed up very long and I expected to wait for a long time but instead within a minute Mason and I believe Jessica was her name took my sub order and brought it out to me within minutes. Went above and beyond and to take my order in line and make it in the back.

I love the staff up here. I had a pricing problem, but did not notice till after I arrived home. I returned with the receipt and Destiny made it right. I have not had very good experiences with customer service lately, and you made my night and restored my faith in customer service. Thank you!

I have been going to Publix Supermarkets for years.This is one of the most organized, neat,impeccable store I have seen. The staff is very friendly & upbeat. I always notice that the stock person is always up & down the Isles making sure everything is just perfect. Well today I introduced myself to Chris, who was organizing the shelves & I had to compliment him. I also made sure I told Mr Scott Revis,Manager, how lucky he was to have Chris. Job well done
