I loved Bethany, she was the best sales associate! She sold us the most beautiful phone and offered amazing deals. Very professional manner of handling situations in a very high volume pop. She needs a PROMOTION honestly or a RAISE. She deserves it and is a beautiful soul. Met her for the first time in this store and she was the only employee to give me a good/enjoyable experience. All others were very blah. But anyways, thank you Bethany.You are awesome.

Javier was amazing and went well out of his way to make sure I received what I wanted and needed. This is my number 1 store, and they have never disappointed! Sometimes the wait is longer than I like, however the amazing service is always worth it.

Darwin is the BEST! He is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He helped me understand my choices so that I could make a good well thought out purchase! Once again, Darwin made my day! Thank you so much for your customer service! We always feel like a valued customer!

I don’t know what the last lady is talking about! I am Hispanic and had a great experience there was two young girls helping me and my wife. Extremely respectful and the owner is Hispanic as well. I can’t remember any names but I had a good experience

If anyone has had a poor experience at this store it had to be before Darwin was here. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I. His knowledge, customer care, and overall patience to do everything he could to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase was nothing short of exceptional. Definitely recommend anyone to speak with him and they will not be let down!

Had a bad run of luck with phones lately, every single time I had an issue Darwin the manager has gone above and beyond what I have expected from someone in retail to do. He is always on top of my problems and has literally fought on my behalf with insurance agencies, the man is top notch. Super grateful he's the manager at my home store.

My husband and I stopped by the store to discuss upgrading our phones. From the minute we walked in Josh made us feel like the only customers in a busy store. He assisted with the order and set expectations for delivery. Our phones arrived much faster than expected and Josh let us know to come in to process the upgrade. While the store was extremely busy - Josh again made us feel like the only customers. He prioritized each customers request, provided ongoing updates to each customer, helped with needed accessories, walked us through account changes, and did this all with humor and customer focus. Outstanding experience from start to finish!!

Love this location! Darwin and his team helped me out when I crushed my phone. Not only did he answer the phone right away when I called, but Darwin had creative, helpful solutions to get my phone transferred even when the screen wasn't working. You can tell he cares about his customers. Next time I need a phone, I'll be shopping at this location.
