Amazing customer service from Kari and Melisa!
They will go above and beyond for all of their customers! Happy with my new iPhone 15 ProMax

I was having issues receiving calls and texts so I called ATT and got nowhere. I came into the Jamestown store and Kari took complete ownership of my experience and helped get me back online. Thank you so much for caring. We need more people like Kari everywhere!

Today, we made a total of 3 trips to the store. Louis, the store manager, is absolutely fantastic and very informative. He explained all our questions and made sure we got the best offers. This is our first time as an ATT Customer. Glad to find a new home after being with Tmobile for 17 years. 👍 He definitely deserves 5 stars. Thank you, Louis, for your wonderful service.

The store associate named Louis was extremely knowledgeable, and worked really hard to do his best to solve my problem and lead me to what I was looking for. He went the extra mile and solved everything, got me a great deal, led me to the extra accessories I didn’t know I needed, and was patient with all of my questions 💯

ZACH was the manager and you need more staff like ZACH Polite, professional, fast and helpful. I purchased the 14 Pro Max and had a lot of questions. He Very patiently answered every single question I had. I don’t often leave reviews but I want to management to know what a gem you have….Austin was very very helpful and helped me transfer all my data to my new phone…..THANKS GUYS

The manager was helping us get new iphone 14 pro max's and iphone 13's. He and his assistant were extremely nice and helpful. We had questions, and even changed thing's, and still, very patient and polite. Thanks AT&T!!

Nate is one of the most skilled phone reps I have ever seen. He upgraded my whole family an got us in an out in less then 30’minutes. Ask for Nate when you go into the store he will give you a good experience

Went into this store because of the high rating…and my experience surpassed a 5 star rating. The store associates were so friendly and kind. I’d like to shoutout Zach specifically. What a guy! This man was helping out 2 customers, answering phones, greeting those that walked in, etc. all with ease and grace. I would recommend coming to this store!

Great guys over at this store. They were able to figure out my problems with my phone bill and got me a credit and also replaced my screen protector. Much better than the store over at the Altamonte Springs mall. I highly recommend this store over the other one's in the area!

The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I usually dislike going into stores and having to deal with people because all too often employees seem to drag things out to either make their shift go faster or to ease their own bordem. At this store however I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes before an employee was assisting me (as opposed to the usual 10-15 minute wait time in other stores) and they know what they are doing so things get completed quickly. Even if that were not the case, the staff here are friendly and engaging enough to make the experience enjoyable and not a drag. Keep up the good work!

All I can say is WOW!!!!!! Zach was extremely helpful and made our experience so amazing. His customer service was outstanding. I will tell my family and friends to go to him. Really happy we got our phone upgraded by him.

Jennifer was great! Amazing customer service. She helped me with updating my email account, which I was hesitant to do myself for fear of losing the emails I had, but she knew what to do right away. I was so relieved that I stopped by for help, Jennifer explained everything she needed to do and gave me options before changing anything. Best customer service I've received in a long time... great job Jen! I highly recommend going to this AT&T location.

I had a great experience with Melanie at the AT&T store in Jamestown. She was so nice and made the process of transferring over to AT&T so easy and smooth. Definitely recommend !!!

Major shout out and appreciation to Nate for assisting me with finding an internet package. Great welcoming communication and detail of the service which prompted me to sign up immediately. Love for the rest of the staff as well, the store has a great vibe. I'll be back when the 14 drops 😂.

Awesome store. From the manger, to the assistant manager, to the sales person it was great customer service. Everybody was helpful. They took their time to make sure I understood their plan and the switching over process.

This has to be the best experience I've ever had at an AT&T store. I personally worked with Zach and my problem was assessed quickly, but also effectively. Although the issue couldn't be fixed in store, I was directed to the right sources to get the phone fixed under the manufacturer's warranty!

Went to Jamestown Plaza in Altamonte Springs, and just like a couple years ago, the customer service was phenomenal! Madison was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when helping me choose the right phone and accessories. I came in the next day, for another reason, and was helped by Amir. As a business owner myself, I know Amir is management material. The way he helps customers and coordinates overall functions of the store and staff with extreme professionalism and confidence definitely qualifies him for management. I come from Pennsylvania and will wait to get my next upgrade when I come down. It's well worth it!

Shout out to the staff at the Altamonte Springs location - Amir, Tanasia, Nate and Josh! They made getting a new phone the best experience ever! A BIG thanks to Josh for making the process painless! A great customer service experience for sure!
