He took time to understand my mobile phone needs and provided a service that not only addressed my desires, but also was more economical than the previous plan. Abraham was patient and attentive while my wife and I dealt with a broken device that Samsung didn't want to honor the warranty on because they claimed the device was fine. Despite the fact we had to keep swapping 2 working SIM cards through my phone because hers would not work, Abraham helped us through the whole process of swapping her number to a new device and helped us verify it was working before we left.
He also wasn't pushy in any way when we told him what we came in for, and after offering the post-paid option and we turned it down he didn't try to insist on it or anything.

Louis did and amazing job helping me with issues with my phone. Your company should be very proud to have an employee who is not only dedicated to his job but is also dedicated to the customer. Thank you Louis your service made my day alot brighter.

What a great customer service experience we had this afternoon. The gentleman with the clear frame glasses, was outstanding. His professionalism, attention to detail, overall kindness and positive attitude was refreshing! We needed to have our son’s phone replaced or repaired. He guided us through all of the options with our account. It wound up surprisingly being covered under warranty, saving us a great deal of money. I highly recommend this store and location when in the market for new phones or service. They are highly knowledgeable, compassionate and competent.

I had a recent purchase that I needed help getting fixed. My husband needed to adjust his messages and I needed to remove a setting on mine. Rep was very helpful in figuring out why there was an issue with phone. I always come to this store because I know I will be taken care of.

Best Verizon I’ve ever gone to. Best experience ever dealing with cellular sales. The guy was so incredibly nice and beyond helpful. I can’t even describe how satisfied I left. He didn’t try to sell me anything extra. He even talked to my mom on the phone to explain the pricing. The first time I went to get a quote I also left very satisfied. First time leaving a Verizon actually happy. The guy deserves a raise. The employees there are so funny as well. Overall great experience. I would definitely go back.

Came in to the store today and trade in for a new phone. The service was exceptional as our rep was able to help myself and my family upgrade. Our rep was very good with handling all the details and getting the deal done.
