The UPS Store

It makes me so sad to see all of the negative reviews for this UPS Store. I’ve worked in customer and patron services for a long time—and it’s UNFATHOMABLE how angry folks get over the simplest inconveniences—or more often than not, get irate over absolutely nothing.

Not just during the holiday season, but all through the year—everyone needs to take a collective deep breath and remember you’re interacting with human beings. As well, these people are doing YOU a service—and guess what? Contrary to what you might think, they CAN refuse you service, but most are just incredibly patient and professional and take the higher road.

I love coming to this location! Every time I need to stop in, I cross fingers that Jason is there. Jason is one of the kindest, most efficient, fun and delightful people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. 💕

All staff there are so wonderful. It’s rare to encounter employees like this, believe me.

Customer service is hard work—and though there are teachable techniques to do these jobs, you either have that magic, or you don’t.

Please celebrate how lucky you are to have a mailing location/drop off to go to that wants to help you and ensure you receive the best service.

We ALL have off days, but don’t dull someone’s magic because you might not have the bandwidth to wait a bit to have something done for you.

Being kind to each other - especially in this world, is quite literally free, easy and so essential.

Wonderful service! Employees are very friendly and accommodating. Not sure why other reviewers are saying negative things. Never had a bad experience there. Is there sometimes a line… Absolutely. It’s a busy location. But it moves as quickly as possible. There’s a new self scan station to use as well.

This facility has always had courteous and personable personnel over the last decade that I’ve used their services, exclusively.

Definitely my favorite UPS store, i stop in here quite often & always appreciate the quick & efficient service they provide.

I switched to this store from another. That location was ok. This one is great so I switched. I have been here a few times to drop off packages and for notary services. All the employees have positive attitudes and work quickly.

Love this store-always friendly and accommodating. The other local UPS store made it difficult to pack and ship 3 trunks for kids’ camp in nc this past summer but this location was super accommodating. I paid for the boxes and they built it all for me. We had pre-paid arrangements with UPS for the labels (to bill us once weighed and shipped) and they were so easy to work with. I come in often with Amazon or other store returns/shipments and they’re always great to work with.

Jason is great! Very helpful, positive attitude, and customer focused. Rare. Appreciate him!

My experience in this place has been quite positive. I only come here only when I have issues with my amazon orders (for refunds) and it seems to work just fine; typically short lanes, quick transactions, etc. Didn't try other services, so ymmv.

Always a great experience at this UPS store. I've been going here for 18 years. Super friendly staff who are happy to help in any way they can. Great store to do business with. Highly recommended.

Awesome employees. Really appreciate having a coloring table for the kid to play at while I’m waiting. Others complaining about slow service have probably never worked in retail.

She handled a line of customers on her own with a smile, great attitude, all with excellence.

Customer service gets better and better each time. Sure there can be long lines during certain hours of the day, like in any store nowadays, but these people keep up.

I've been using this store for over a year. The owner is often handling the counter and has always been friendly and helpful. He always makes sure to show me the least expensive way to send items.

Associate Jason makes all the difference for this location. He has the best attitude, very professional and very helpful. Thank you Jason.
