AT&T Store

I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!

Me and my daughter went in the store and Tanasia helped us. She was wonderful. Very helpful, sweet, she knows her stuff. We had a great experience, definitely would go back to this store.

The customer service is always top tier. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The process was stream-less. This is always my go to store!

The Apple Pay system was down i to the one 275 east altamonte spring and I told the rep that I forgot my card and I only have Apple Pay and he was quick to say that Apple Pay was down without even trying.. then I called the one at ALTAMONTE mall he said the same thing but he told me he would try because it's a new system they have, I walked to the store and Ryan gave me great customer service with a touch of courtesy.. which made me one happy customer and proud to be apart of the AT&T family!!! Thank you so much Ryan we went above and beyond for me.. you didn't even turn me away . ❤❤❤❤Am one happy customer

We had an awesome experience at this AT&T store! Brau was the salesperson that helped us, and he was very kind and patient (we are technologically challenged), and took a lot of time to teach us how to use our new phones. He is extremely knowledgeable, and was able to answer every question in a way that we could easily understand! We will DEFINITELY come back to this store for all of our phone needs, and will hope that Brau is here to help us!

Great customer service at AT&T Store in Altamonte Mall! Unfortunately, I did not ask name of the representative, who helped me shop for new iphone. Just very caring, personal, attentive customer service. Thank you. Highly recommend this store for phone shopping.

Raynard is remarkable! Because of him, I absolutely love the Altamonte mall location, hands down! I hated going to the Apopka location. So I decided to travel out of my way for better store service and I had the BEST costumer service experience! Raynard was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. He even stayed past his closing time to make sure I was fully taken care of! This is now my choice store for AT&T.

Staff is great and very friendly. I recieved new devices and even the store manager came by to check on how things were going. I would recommend this store before anywhere else. Super clean and up to date on there promos. Will definitely be going back.
