Customer Service time, attention and care. Selection of items at a considerable outlet discount or clearance price. There was a Register Receipt issue and the staff was very considerate and they were able to rectify the problem with our help to confirm that our payment transaction had cleared our bank. We were able to stop back by the store the next day, with the confirmation of POS transaction, Bank provided a print out of transaction. We ended up shopping more on the return day in addition to an additional day. We signed up as Sacks Off 5th member.

Love this store. They run out of items fairly quickly bit the staff is awesome, always friendly, ready to help and always smiling

Their menswear is expensive but memorable. If you're in the area, it's a great place to just browse and look for bargains. I bought a great hoodie and a t-shirt. They look great!

Our First Stop when we are in the mood and at the Outlet! Consistently - some very fabulous stuff and good mark downs. Expect to spend time...for the search.

Went back to get my favorite pair of jeans, they had them on sale, I have so many compliments about them, definitely recommend to check it out

Love the deals I can find here on some great quality items! Not easy to get to, though, in the aging outlet 'mall'.
