I started coming here recently and have been so pleased with my experience. Spencer made me feel welcomed the minute i walked in & was very knowledgable about the parts i needed. I was in and out within 15 min and was very satisfied. If yall go here, ask for Spencer!

I can't say enough great things about this location. My Escalade was having issue's on January 1st, and Meaghan went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to get back on the road. Harley is the best. My husband came in today to get a battery and was told on the phone they would not put it in because it would take too long. Harley told him when i got there Mr. Howard i can put it on in 20 minutes. He offered to buy him lunch for his help and Harley said Mr. Howard thanks but im just doing my job. Went in ready to drop $200 on a new battery. They ran some tests and I left only needing a terminal cleaning. Rare to find a company willing to give up a few hundred to satisfy a guests needs

I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED GOING INTO ANY OF THE AUTOZONE'S , AND CAN 90% OF THE TIME WALK OUT WITH WHATEVER I NEEDED , AND THE OTHER 9% OF THE TIME THEY CAN ORDER IT AND USUALLY , GET IT , BY THE END OF THE DAY OR BY THE NEXT DAY , DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF DAY THAT YOU ORDER IT, THE OTHER 1% THEY CAN'T GET IT BECAUSE IT IS SHOWING IN THEIR COMPUTER AS OBSOLETE , AND THERE ARE TIMES THAT ONE OF THE STAFF CAN TELL YOU OF A SPECIAL PLACE THAT DEAL WITH OBSOLETE ITEMS OR OF A ( JUNK YARD ) AUTO SALVAGE YARD , THAT YOU POSSIBLY FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR .

I had the pleasure of meeting one of your outstanding Sales and Service team members today. His name was Curley. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the parts that I needed. He went the extra mile to even help me change the part. I would go out my way again to go to this store for great service again.

The man who helped me tonight was extremely nice and welcoming. He even helped me pick out an air freshener and taught me how to put wiper fluid in my car. I definitely will be a returning customer!

I called ahead and asked if they had a headlight for my car and they did. I got there and Landon immediately got up to help me. He came outside and asked me to pop my hood. I did as he asked and he went to check my lightbulb and it cane on again. Looks like it jiggled loose.
I was all prepared on having to change it when I got home..I youtubed a video.
Thankfully Landon was so helpful and trouble shot for me. I will be back and I feel like Landon went the extra mile for me. THANK YOU!

My belt came off my truck at the loop in Abita Springs. I called AutoZone and they talked me there by phone and came out to greet me as I barely made it into the park I g lit on Dog Pound Rd. Steven N. and another clerk were my angels turning off my truck before my engine blew and changing my belt, letting us get water and offering us chairs inside to sit and wait while my truck cooled off. These guys were so kind to my son and I offering help and advice. Steven went beyond the call of duty helping me and talking to my little one while he was under my hood. He also cautioned me what to do if my truck over heated while driving home. I felt very taken care of when we departed. Chilvery is not dead. Thanks to gentlemen and kind souls like Steven and the others guys at AutoZone. I bought a water pump that week and have been riding ever since. Love you guys! Big HUGS!!!! Sky and Chase

Very nice, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful! My battery died on the job today. I stopped by in my way home. They checked the battery and replaced it on the spot.

The young man that helped me couldn’t have been nicer. I’m unable to stand very long due to polio and he brought me a stool, went and got the items I needed and brought them out to my truck. Great service and convenient location.

Been here a couple of times. Once for a car battery and once for some car cleaning supplies. Always had what I wanted and the staff was helpful and prompt. Convenient location to get to, in, and out of. Highly recommended.

I received top notch service from a young man named Christian, who ran diagnostics on my car, helped me with my oil, and ended up saving me a great amount of money at the dealership. It's rare to find people who go out of their way to help you these days, and the employees at this AutoZone do that.

I called AutoZone in Abita Springs today to inquire about a new car battery as mine was no good. I talked to the most courteous man who told me what they had available and that they would change it out for me when I came it. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a very nice lady, who not only sold me the battery but changed it for me in the parking lot. Amazing service. Thank you and we will definitely return to AutoZone in Abita Springs.

After going to 2 other locations and getting turned away for just for a battery check, these guys were extremely helpful and fast! I'll go the extra few minutes out of the way to only come to this location from now on.
